Sword Art Online Anime Fandub

Sword Art Online Anime Fandub

Project Overview

WHAT IS THIS?

This is going to be a fanmade dub of the popular Anime series, Sword Art Online

General Summary

Ever since the release of the innovative NerveGear, gamers from all around the globe have been given the opportunity to experience a completely immersive virtual reality. Sword Art Online (SAO), one of the most recent games on the console, offers a gateway into the wondrous world of Aincrad, a vivid, medieval landscape where users can do anything within the limits of imagination. With the release of this worldwide sensation, gaming has never felt more lifelike. However, the idyllic fantasy rapidly becomes a brutal nightmare when SAO's creator traps thousands of players inside the game. The "log-out" function has been removed, with the only method of escape involving beating all of Aincrad's one hundred increasingly difficult levels. Adding to the struggle, any in-game death becomes permanent, ending the player's life in the real world. While Kazuto "Kirito" Kirigaya was fortunate enough to be a beta-tester for the game, he quickly finds that despite his advantages, he cannot overcome SAO's challenges alone. Teaming up with Asuna Yuuki and other talented players, Kirito makes an effort to face the seemingly insurmountable trials head-on. But with difficult bosses and threatening dark cults impeding his progress, Kirito finds that such tasks are much easier said than done.

Thank you all so much for reading and I can't wait to hear all of your auditions!

I just need someone to edit the VA's audio onto the video to match the lip flaps. Also do not worry about any of the sound design I will handle that. Also If you could clean up the VA's audio and make it sound as good as possible, as well as any audio effects it may need that would be amazing.

Yui (ユイ, Yui?), officially named «Yui-MHCP001» (Mental Health Counseling Program 001), is a supporting character throughout the Sword Art Online series. She is a top-down Artificial Intelligence (AI) program that was originally developed by Argus to address player mental health concerns in Sword Art Online (SAO). However, when Kayaba Akihiko turned Sword Art Online into a death game, Yui was forbidden from interfering with players whatsoever by the Cardinal System, which led to her collapsing due to being forced to monitor player mental health without being able to fulfil her duties. Found in this broken state by Asuna and Kirito around the forests of the 22nd Floor of the floating castle Aincrad, she was mistaken for a lost child player and adopted by the couple. After recalling her actual identity in a Hidden Dungeon on the 1st Floor, Yui ignored the Cardinal System's orders and exercised her Game Master rights to save Asuna and Kirito from The Fatal Scythe, which led to her being flagged for deletion by the system. Before this could happen, Yui's program files were separated from the system, converted into an in-game object, and stored in Kirigaya Kazuto's (Kirito's) NerveGear. After Sword Art Online was cleared, Yui's data was imported into ALfheim Online along with Kirito's account due to the game being based on the data from Sword Art Online's servers. In ALfheim Online, Yui is treated as a Navigation Pixie by the game's system, granting her access to the game's database. After the Fairy Dance Arc, Yui's data was moved outside of Kazuto's NerveGear, granting her access to devices outside of games.

As a member of a Korean crime syndicate, Vassago was ordered to log into Sword Art Online after it had become a death game, in order to indirectly assassinate a person already trapped in the game. Harbouring resentment against East Asians due to his troubled past, Vassago as PoH decided to instigate other players to kill each other and eventually founded «Laughing Coffin», the most infamous player-killing guild in the game. Eventually, PoH betrayed his own guild by disclosing the location of its hideout to the Clearers to facilitate a massacre between the two groups, while he himself avoided the clash.
