Hey there, this is a Casting Call for a multi-media project from GameToons. We make Youtube Animations and have also produced our very own Roblox videogame, Clucky's.
The roles in this casting call are for animations based on our videogame IP. These are long-term roles so we're looking for the exact right people for the job. As a multi-media project, the chosen actor(s) will potentially be called to voice in the game itself in the future as the same characters they played in the animations. If you're easy to work with, more roles in our animations and other projects are very likely.
For the animations, payment is $3 per line, with a minimum rate of $50. Meaning if you voice 20 lines, you'll be paid $60. If you voice 10 lines, then you'll be paid $50. If you voice 50 lines, you'll be paid $150, and so on. We ask for tight-turnarounds often, so please only audition if you are comfortable with 2-3 day turnarounds on scripts, more often than not over the weekend. Since we do have tight turnarounds, the auditions will CLOSE once we find the right voice. If you want a better chance of landing the role, then audition sooner rather than later!
Please do not audition unless you are 18+, fit the character, and have a quality recording environment and setup. Your audition will be immediately discarded if there is any audible echo, reverb or any other indicator that you are not going to meet our standards of quality.
Hey everyone, thanks for all of the auditions over the weekend. I'm going to be whittling down the auditions to a more manageable pool, which means dismissing many. I know it can seem disheartening when your audition is dismissed (I wish CCC gave the option to hide that from actors), but know that it's a competitive project and it's not necessarily a dismissal of your skills - it's just not the perfect fit for this role. This role calls for an actor that can believably voice the character as both a young teen and an early 20-something year old man. Please feel free to slate your audition if you're going to vary up the voices, describing which is which. If you're going for a voice that can be believably for both, don't worry about slating. Jack is a good-natured kid - striving to work hard and do his best. He's the younger of two brothers, and his older brother Richard has it out for him - fearing that young Jack is trying to usurp their father's legacy out from under him. Despite this, Jack loves his brother and wants his love in return. Unfortunately, things don't work out so well for Jack.

Senior is a Southern older gentleman and the father of two boys. He runs a business and its success is paramount to him - often putting its needs above those of his family. In these animations, Senior is seen to the audience as an anthropomorphized chicken, but in reality he's just an older human male. We could go for something more over the top for the chicken in the vain of foghorn leghorn, and something more subdued for the reality, but I'll leave that up to you. If you feel like giving a few options for each to show off your range, that'd be great.
