BIO: New Vegas crime boss and head of The Chairmen. Benny was once a tribal member of the Mojave Boot Riders before trading his ragged clothes for fine suits and wing-tipped shoes. He’s swaggy, braggadocious, and most of all, crooked.
VOICE: Quite literally, Matthew Perry.

Keep your panties on, Swank. You know the rules: combat’s declared, there’s no going back.
(Chuckle) All the time I spent around you: I know all your little faults. Seriously, if you knew the things I know about you, you’d hand me the reins right now… But I know you won’t.
All I’m asking you to do is to finally put a lid on those songs that used to put us to sleep by the campfire. It’s a new era now, and the last thing I’m going to do is let old memories water down this setup.
(LOOKING FOR BLACK ACTRESSES)
BIO: Red is a mysterious English agent associated with The Enclave. She's a corporate-style professional who dresses nicely for a wastelander. She carries herself calmly and comes off as an ice queen.
VOICE: English, female adult. This is a recast from the original voice actress. Please refer to this example for a proper reference

Before you open that folder, I’m going to need you to hear me out and accept the job before I can trust you with anything further. Do we have a deal?
As long as he’s breathing. Take all the time you need; I’m aware this is a lot to ask for. That’s why the compensation will be all the more worth it.
Can’t tell, that’s why we want him taken care of before we can ask. You let him slither away again, he’ll be on an entirely different coast. You pounce first, Cage, no talking. Save that for later.
BIO: A high-ranking member of The Enclave sent to oversee a sensitive project. He’s a firm leader with years of operations under his belt but doesn’t let his career taint his personality. Wesley is serious about his job but comes off more like a father figure than a stern military man.
VOICE: Male. General American. Open to any age.
- female adult
Very interesting. The Mojave is sparsely populated with much of nothing between it. That's aid, we are not the only pair of eyes scanning this desert. What are you facing in terms of external threat?
A rational sentiment, Romero, but we do know for a fact the New California Republic more or less kicked their asses down here long before we arrived. All of that being said, we should include this as a part of the main directive.
You weren’t there, but I was. Those of us who managed to escape by the skin of our teeth looked back only to see everything we worked for go up in flames. You can understand why my sergeants come off rather frustrated.
BIO: A high-ranking Enclave soldier sent to oversee a sensitive project. Lee has a curious personality (more in line with a scientist) and tends to enjoy philosophy more than war. Lee was subject to an unmentioned injury and wears a mechanical face mask that gives his voice a slightly robotic filter.
VOICE: Male. Latino. Open to any age.
- male adult
- hispanic/latino
You are an interesting specimen. On the subject of forgotten programs, I do not think we’ve observed one so far past its prime.
Intriguing! This must have been why you weren’t terminated!
And how long do you expect to find the results you’re looking for? There must be millions of memories to scroll through.
BIO: One of the Mojave’s most famous gunslingers, George is a loud-mouthed outlaw akin to one of the Wild West.
VOICE TYPE: American Southern. Grizzled, Wild West cowboy.
- general american southern
- male adult
Don’t think they want that smoke, partner. They already beat you boys bad enough out here, I doubt you’re on the hit list anymore.
How many times do I have to tell you I don't like him today, Walter?! I'm-I'm telling you right now — I don't like this guy in your corner!
Sure did! Got sick of their masters and blew them all to pieces with dynamite. Most fancy to call themselves the Powder Gangers nowadays. Is that who these people are?
BIO: A rural resident of eastern California, Jeff lives on a plot of land with his partner, Beau. Unlike Beau (who’s the more excitable type), Jeff provides the voice of reason between the two.
VOICE: American Southern.
- male adult
- general american southern
Regardless, Miss Bunny, the banshee of the lake ain't no different than…well, a thunderstorm out here. Momma dealt with her, her momma did too, and so on. Same with Beau's family.
Mhmm…and it ain't just the boaters who go missing out there; me, Beau, and every other little settlement like ours on the shoreline have to keep our doors locked extra tight at night for her. I guess if Tahoe City ain't getting called by her like we do, they won't waste the manpower.
Yeah, and either uses the shroud of rad storms..or conjures them up. Either way, the banshee has an endless hunger for flesh; she's just a normal way of life out here, friend.
BIO: A mercenary for hire. A seasoned veteran in dangerous operations across the wasteland.
VOICE TYPE: Open to any.
- male adult
SHUT UP!!! Cali, you and me cover the front. We need to evac, now!
Good, let's dip out of here. Once we drop this off to the client, I'll buy the first round, okay boys?
Just...(sigh) keep your focus on that network scanner, Max. Whether you're right about it or not, the hard part's almost over...
BIO: A rich cattle baron; part of the top 1% of the wasteland.
VOICE: Slight US Southern accent. Definitely comes off as stuck-up and rude.
- american (southern)
- male adult
Your age is showing, Gerald, your paw put you work lately??
Hey now! Your daddy still owes me more than that ranch is worth! So if his health keeps going the way it’s going, that debt falls on you, boy!
All due respect, I’m pretty sure you just said these four fine men were in for 15% and I was cut down to 8! I thought we talked about this!
BIO: A rich cattle baron; a top 1% of the wasteland.
VOICE: Open to any.
- male adult
And since when was good honest work such a bad thing?
Got three of mine. Had to increase guard patrols when the Radscorpions started looking to munch on them, too.
BIO: A seasoned mercenary with a long track record for dangerous jobs. He's a no-nonsense player with zero time for detours.
VOICE TYPE: Open to any.
- male adult
We know that, genius. You saw it the same as us: all the turrets and robots are broken -- old as all hell.
Hey, if you can't handle this shit anymore, you have my permission to walk out the way we came in. I'll make sure you get paid for goodness sakes; just don't muck this up with you panicking.
Yeah-yeah, whatever. Max, you stay behind us and shove that holotape up your ass if you need to! One bullet through that thing, and the job's null and void, you got me???
BIO: A rich ranching baron; one of the top 1% in the wasteland.
VOICE: American southern. Think of an extremely rich oil man who still retains an "every-man" demeanor.
- male senior
- american (southern)
Lay off him, fellas, I hated field work just as much when I was his age.
Okay, shush, ya’ll. Save the convo for the poker games. You can get good and drunk and fight about it all night if you want.
Alright, come on-come on. Not all of us are young here; let’s sit down and have some of these rolls.
BIO: A middle-man who commissions mercenaries for work. Camden comes off like a crooked mobster who dabbles in shady business and wears cheap suits to present himself as a professional. If there's a buck to be made, he's involved.
VOICE TYPE: Open to any.
- male adult
Ahh, that's my job, guy. You put in the order and I'm..the talent agent, I guess. Regardless, this ain't some unit of blood brothers like you're used to: no one feels bad about hired guns out here, and neither should you.
All but one, that's how I got the story. Techie by the name of Max managed to squeeze out just barely after my other two got peppered like a Thanksgiving turkey. Nearly bled out on the table.
Nah, it's pretty bad. Turns out even my best guys make it look easy to fall flat on their face in the middle of a job. Ugh, supposedly they saw the finish line after a nearly flawless infiltration, and they got Swiss cheesed… What are you gonna do?
BIO: A crooner for The Tops Casino, Jack was once a loyal member of the Mojave Boot Riders: a tribal-type gang led by Benny. When Benny assimilated the gang into New Vegas, Jack faced internal conflict as the gang’s culture and way of life were traded away. Against Benny’s wishes, he continues to sing traditional songs in hopes of reminding the gang where they came from.
VOICE: Middle-aged, open to any voice type.
- male adult
You know, you should be ashamed of yourself, Benny. I may not like this life all that much, but it’s still in the name of the family. You should respect that.
We’ve already talked about this: my contract entails I have creative liberty over whatever happens on that stage! I’m not going to suppress the last little bit of freedom I still have in this position.
You always loved to dance around the damned point, haven’t you? I’ve already paid up for my chems, I’m still kicking up 20%… What is it now? Do I need to start can-canning while I sing now?
BIO: Sheriff of Tahoe City. Charles is a pot-bellied cop who’s good at his job but also overindulgent in just about everything. He’s overseen the city for over twenty years and has gained the respect of just about everyone. His main pitfall is his severe alcoholism: seemingly drinking from a bottle no matter where he’s seen.
VOICE: Middle-aged. Country accent.
- male adult
- general american southern
Oh! Yeah, I’m-I’m sorry. (Clears throat) Sheriff Charles Colter, at your service. And, well, authority as well. Welcome to the official task force of Tahoe City.
Bad at their job? Ha! No; ‘last two before me got sliced up by mirelurks. Then, umm, lemme see…one before them got dragged underground by some creature none of us could ever find…
Now, don’t get me wrong, the privilege of having this job is the luxury of bein’ safely behind these walls and up high the way we are, but..besides fellas like the ones you see coming in here, our duty’s called when anything worthy of investigation is needed. So, that means anything in the city or close enough to bother it.
BIO: Jax serves as a member of the Tahoe City High Council and an advisor to its mayor. Unlike his counterpart, Maggie, he’s outwardly friendly and seeks a diplomatic solution versus a violent one. Jax comes from privilege and often is clueless to the true nature of the wasteland – often coming off as gullible. In the end, his heart is in the right place.
VOICE: Young adult. Open to any.

Troubled as he was, that larger-than-life personality never took a backseat. Always made room to laugh. He really liked you too, Bunny. I don’t think I need to tell you that.
Well, if surviving a shipwreck and immediately hunting down the radiation murder cult that’s behind it counts as nothing, I think we're in pretty good hands.
That’s right. And all you need to do is what you’ve been doing -- plus a little more paperwork and head-splitting terminal-staring. You may actually like it.
BIO: A member of the Tahoe City High Council, Maggie coordinates closely with the mayor and other important workings of the city. Maggie exudes a very corporate-style personality and comes off as cold and irritable. She’s nearly paranoid about the security of the city, which causes her to come off as suspicious to newcomers. Sometimes she’ll make room to act nice or happy, but it’s clear that it's not genuine.
VOICE: Open to any.
- female adult
We’re going to need to deep-clean this whole office before we do anything else with it. It was criminal the way he got along with so much sauce. (Sigh) But, he did his job. He did it damn well too.
You’re telling me. This whole PLACE smells like a liquor store AND a bottling plant. Just how the heck were you able to put up working in this place!?
Unfortunately. You have to remember, as nice as our little slice of heaven may be, this is still the wasteland no matter which way you slice it. We deal with the Raiders and all other matter of hostiles just like any other settlement. This place is reserved for the ones smart enough to surrender, or lucky enough to get captured
BIO: Rebecca is the epitome of a “Rosie The Riveter” type: a country gal with a very hard work ethic and not afraid to get her hands dirty. Little is known of her origins, but it’s made clear that Rebecca was raised rurally in a blue-collar family.
VOICE: Young adult. American southern.
- female young adult

Ohh believe me, it's a sight to behold. I've been to New Vegas and even The Hub, but there's something, just something magical about Tahoe City. Oh, by the way, my name's Rebecca. Rebecca Latimer.
The lands are a helluva lot more wild this way as opposed to your Mojave. All of those different groups and safety nets you're used to…well, they just don't exist out here. 'Lots of free and unfettered things roam out this way; things that get mad at you if you shoot 'em and such.
I—listen, I understand that you have an obligation to help others in need — solve crimes and sorts, but you were new here, and you don't have any kind of jurisdiction out here; nobody does!
BIO: Swank is a member of The Chairmen and is the right-hand man to its leader, Benny. Swank has a somewhat more friendly disposition than his snake-tongued boss but still has the mind of a gangster. Atop this, he wouldn’t mind Benny being out of the picture so he could run The Chairmen himself.
VOICE: Voiced by Jesse Burch, Swank has a smooth, young-sounding voice with a 1950s swagger.
- male adult
(Sigh) Dammit, I didn’t know I would get all these feelings… Fuck this, I’m going to the blackjack tables…
We really should give him a good old-fashioned Boot-Rider’s funeral, though. It’s dirty business we had to do, sure, but it’s not like we didn’t respect the guy.
Huh? No-no! Like, the thing was outfitted with them! They said these little hatches open out of each of its hands so they can fire the things! Wasn’t made for coyotes and mole rats, either; they said if it wanted to, it could’ve aired out the whole gang!
BIO: Bingo was the last leader of the Mojave Boot Rider’s gang before Benny took over. An unapologetic raider, Bingo is a stereotypical tough-guy leader to his people: a terrifying presence, a great fighter, and very stern.
VOICE: Gruff, strong, imposing. Open to any age/voice type.
- male adult
Heh, you know, I’m getting just a little tired of you playing advisor, like we have some sort of weekly fucking council meeting around this place. Listen here, boy, unless you feel ballsy enough to challenge me for top spot like all the other fools have in the past, I would keep these dumb ideas to yourself. I’m the boss, and what I say goes. Sorry these soft city boys have you wetting your pants all of a sudden.
HEY! YOU! YEAH, YOU!! STOP RIGHT THERE OR WE BLOW YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF!!
I hope you’re ready to bleed today, pup. What you’re about to do right now may be the most fighting I’ve ever seen you do in your entire life.
BIO: High-ranking Enclave soldier assigned to oversee a sensitive project. Bill is the standout “mean guy” of his group; constantly frustrated, never satisfied, and on a short fuse with everyone. The classic example of a war-hungry general.
VOICE: Male. General American. Open to any age.
- male adult
With all due respect, miss, we cannot say you are exactly privy to the full brunt of operations we have underway…
I hope you understand that your job is no longer to appeal your ideas to the likes of scientists and researchers anymore: after the loss of Raven Rock, you’re more or less left with men of action at the forefront of this conflict.
Hmph! And were the reports also correct in saying he has ties to the Brotherhood??
BIO: Aiden is the newly crowned leader of the notorious Viper Gang. Unlike his father, he’s more of a fast-paced kingpin who samples his own product and lives a wild lifestyle. Despite his outwardly hyper demeanor, Aiden is still a very capable and calculated leader to his people. He mostly comes off as sarcastic and backhanded.
VOICE: Male. Open to any age.
- male young adult
- male adult
Like hell you did!! All those radio reports, all that noise, all that glory!? It was YOU who brought the NCR charging in like a bunch of horsemen! Now, we’re even WORSE off than we were, and our bloodline is down to a trickle!
Glad to know that your cognitive function is still working. I was afraid my boys might’ve taken you past the point of no return there.
(Laugh) I like that one. No doubt they’ll believe you, either; the jumpy little fucks. Let’s wait until the coast is clear tomorrow and-and pretend we never beat the crap out of you. What do you say?
BIO: A mercenary for hire with a knack for tech and robotics. Comes off as more wired and nervous, as opposed to his partners.
VOICE TYPE: Open to any.
- male young adult
I've ran ops like this before, Cali, but that's what makes me nervous about all this!
No, they were powered down! They could've been out of commission since 2077!
I TOLD YOU it was too damn good, Cali! Who knows how many measures they had planted for this very thing!? Probably had a backdoor ready just in case!
