He’s overseen the city for over twenty years and has gained the respect of just about everyone. His main pitfall is his severe alcoholism: seemingly drinking from a bottle no matter where he’s seen.

Bad at their job? Ha! No; ‘last two before me got sliced up by mirelurks. Then, umm, lemme see…one before them got dragged underground by some creature none of us could ever find…
Now, don’t get me wrong, the privilege of having this job is the luxury of bein’ safely behind these walls and up high the way we are, but..besides fellas like the ones you see coming in here, our duty’s called when anything worthy of investigation is needed. So, that means anything in the city or close enough to bother it.
