The Arcadia Tapes: VOICE ACTORS NEEDED!
Project Overview
The Arcadia Tapes is a series in the works based on Creepypasta stories, illustrations, and the array of other additions to the horror genre. Arcadia is advertised as a holding facility, containing some of the more peculiar of specimen who'd require a in-depth analysis before being peddled to any sort of unrequited penitentiary. Coralline Epicalle is the head of the psychological examination team, her job is not to rehabilitate, nor understand these wrong-doers, merely to draw an accurate summation of their current mental abnormalities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
THIS IS A NONE-BUDGET PROJECT! Most of my projects usually have some sort of budget, but since I'm writing, directing, and editing this all together, I figured it would be unnecessary to add one.

I'm open to accepting any accents, I'm more looking for a specific tone of voice.
Context: She's speaking into a tape recorder, she's meant to sound informative, and professional.
CORALINE
"This session is being recorded for the purpose of documenting transpiring events to help draw to more accurate diagnostics on the patients present in these tapes.(clears throat) For the record, I will state my name and my position in the Arcadia Holding Facility. Not to be confused with a mental healthcare facility, as we do not endeavour in governing the mentally or physically abnormal, we merely edge to conclusions to determine where these people will end up. My name is Coralline Epicale, I am the head of the mental health examination team. Also, for the record, I will be interviewing inmate A-B8, Timothy Wright."
Voice description: Calm, collected, but not void of emotion. The point of her character as that she likes to play on this false exterior to determine how the inmates react to a more submissive and innocent opposition.
Cold and sinister, as described above.
Context: (Jeff The Killer) Jeffrey Keaton is sitting behind a sheet of glass while being interviewed by Coralline. This is a more sinister adaptation of the character, so something a bit more low and monotonous would be preferable.
JEFFREY:
"Most of the people in here are just looking for eyes to please. There's no real passion in what they do, no real bloodlust. That sensational feeling that one would get when sliding a knife into someone's stomach, or dragging it across their necks, it's only temporary. It's a drug to most, a source to fuel that dopamine. No, I do it out of pure curiosity. To see how each individual person reacts to their final glimpses into the world they're about to leave. They can blink if they want to. Not me. I capture every last moment of it. (Taps the side of his head.) In here, you see."
Voice description: Low, cold, gravelly, as if he's been through a lot. A point of reverence for you could be long-term smokers, or sufferers of vocal strain.
