Scott Pilgrim Comic Dub Issue 1
Project Overview
Scott Pilgrim is in love with Ramona Flowers...but...he'll have to defeat her Seven Evil Ex Boyfriends! This is the world of Scott Pilgrim comic book series. I wanted to make a fun comic fandub of this series since it's an amazing series and I love the enjoyment the series has for it's creation and cast as a whole. Im still new to this whole directing thing but one thing is for sure my passion and motivation is there for this one! I plan on making this dub into a series, theres 6 volumes so thats about 6 epsiodes of pure content and overall fun to be ANNOUNCED! I dont anything with Scott Pilgrim, the creator behind this masterpiece would be Bryan Lee O' Malley. Im just an idoit that wants people to voice act for a comic lol. Anyway I hope I can work with tons of people and see the opportunities we can have.

Rules:
(All you need for this project is a decent-sounding microphone. By desktop or phone, it doesn't really matter to me, as long as there's little to no background noise, no mic popping, and no static when you audition. A Discord Account for contact is recommended, but not required, as I can contact you here on the Casting Call Club website if you'd like, Discord is just more of an easier reach. Good luck auditioning, and if you get cast for a role, be prepared to possibly stick around for future projects!)

Ramona Flowers is an American expatriate who lived in New York and now works as a "Ninja delivery girl" for Amazon.ca in Canada. She is the second lead protagonist in the series, 24 years old and Scott's main love interest. She is Scott Pilgrim's current girlfriend, but however, the two can't officially date until Scott defeats her Seven Evil Exes! She's quiet and reserved, yet she does occasionally make a joke every now and again she reveals very little about herself and is very guarded about her past in New York before she moved to Toronto. She does geninuely care about Scott and his needs but is running away from her horrible past. She's also the straightman to Scott's crazy obessions and delusions.

Kim Pine is the drummer for Sex Bob-omb, associated with Stephen Still & Scott Pilgrim. She is one of Scott's ex's and used to date him back in high school. Kim is 23 years old, and has a sarcastic personality and is known to be a misanthrope. You might say that she has somewhat of an inferiority complex. She is very closed off and stand off-ish, whenever she does have something to say, its usually just to make fun of someone in the room. Despite this, she's actually kind of a tsundere, pretending like she doesn't care, when deep down, she does.

Knives Chau is a 17 year old Chinese-Canadian high school girl. Knives dates Scott in the beginning of the series and is happy go lucky but later on the series they break up, and her personality drastically changes after it. She is usually quiet and timid but after the break up her true colors show with her showing bitterness and jealousy.

Stephen Stills is the lead singer, guitarist, and "talent" of Sex Bob-omb. He's 22 years old and went to university with Scott Pilgrim They became really good friends and created a band together. He's usually laid back and chill, but he also has a tendency to become jittery and panicky depending on how big the show they're playing is.

Julie Powers is the social glue binding most of the characters in the series together. She knows just about everyone, and she's holding parties all the time. Currently dating Stephen Stills, she's honestly kind of a bitch and a half. But, that's what happens when you're striving to be popular and being classifed as a "social butterfly."

Stacey Pilgrim is Scott's 19 year old younger sister. She sometimes calls Scott her little brother, probably because she is more grown up and mature. She has no problem interjecting her opinions and morals into Scott's life. She apparently keeps up with Wallace's texts, so they could be considered friends, though she sometimes expresses bitterness to Wallace when he constantly steals her boyfriends.

Wallace Wells is Scott's cool gay roomate, they met in college. While he jokingly shows interest in Scott on several occasions, Wallace is almost always seen to be in a relationship with many other male characters throughout the series. He is snarky and sarcastic but also has an easy going personality to him. He will also tell you things you need to hear even if you dont like it. He does the best he can to try and help Scott train and prepare for his fights. Even if he usually uses "training" as an excuse to torture him.

Young Neil is kinda a roadie/fanboy of Sex-Bob-omb, he goes to rehearsals and hangs out with the crew with Scott,Stephen, and Kim. Despite not being in the band at all. (Also later in the series he dates Knives as a Scott rebound)

Matthew Patel is Ramona's 1st evil ex boyfriend. He plays the important role of introducing the League of evil ex's to Scott, who ignored his constant messages.(He dated Ramona back in the seventh grade...BRO IS A GROWN MAN)

Comeau is someone everyone in the universe knows. He's chill and goes to almost every party. Michael knows everyone and everything about them apparently, and is the first one to give Scott Pilgrim info on Ramona Flowers.
