Matthew Patel is Ramona's 1st evil ex boyfriend. He plays the important role of introducing the League of evil ex's to Scott, who ignored his constant messages.(He dated Ramona back in the seventh grade...BRO IS A GROWN MAN)

(For Matthew's voice, I will allow him to sound similar or identical to her pervoius voice provided by Satya Bhabha from the movie or anything close to that)
