Julie Powers is the social glue binding most of the characters in the series together. She knows just about everyone, and she's holding parties all the time. Currently dating Stephen Stills, she's honestly kind of a bitch and a half. But, that's what happens when you're striving to be popular and being classifed as a "social butterfly."
(For Julie's voice, I will allow her to sound similar or identical to her pervoius voice provided by Aubrey Plaza from the movie or anything close to that)

(Agressive angry tone) "I can't believe you went ahead and asked her out after I specifically told you not to do that! What an ass!"
(Fustrated angry tone with a bleep censored cursed word..for some reason) "So, what can I *censored* get you?"
This is great I love the tone and delivery on the lines
