Young Neil is kinda a roadie/fanboy of Sex-Bob-omb, he goes to rehearsals and hangs out with the crew with Scott,Stephen, and Kim. Despite not being in the band at all. (Also later in the series he dates Knives as a Scott rebound)

(For Neil's voice, I will allow him to sound similar or identical to her pervoius voice provided by Johnny Simmons from the movie or anything close to that)
