    Hello Everyone!

    I have tweaked a few character descriptions in the new casting call. Those being:

    - Lady Bow

    - Kolorado

    - Bombette

    - Rhuff

    - Bootler (tweaked the last auditon line's directions)

    You may redo these auditions if you choose to (delete your old ones if you go this route, please), but don't feel like you have to if you're confident with your submission.

    Please read the new descriptions carefully, as the changes are short in words, but important overall.

A hasty, adventurous, flighty professor who dedicates his life to exploration and discovery. However, he often gets ahead of himself, jumping to conclusions in his findings and forgetting to tell his wife where he’s going. Despite his lack of apparent credentials, he is very kind to Mario. He is the childhood idol of Kooper. Don't be fooled by his "professor" title. He isn't the sharpest tool in the shed and often goes over his own head with his adventures.


I am looking for a medium-low to medium-high voice with lots of energy. He should have a British accent and a brighter tone, like that of a stereotypical professor or detective. Think Nigel Thornberry, but don't feel the need to copy that voice exactly. Consider it a reference.

I am looking for a medium to medium-high-pitched voice that can convey Bombette’s sassy and feisty nature, without making her voice grating or bratty. Her character is likable, and she wants to be there for others while enjoying the excitement. She is a bomb, so make her sound exciting! Her age should be around 16-ish, so be sure to keep her age in mind when developing her voice.

Tutankoopa “haunts” Mario when in Dry Dry Ruins, but he often interrupts himself with side commentary, revealing that his “ooo spooky ghost”-type taunts are all but a showy facade. An aristocratic young lady Boo. She has a high-society attitude, without being full of herself, and is not afraid to get her hands dirty or speak her mind, even if it’s in the form of screaming at Bootler. Although she is holding Skolar hostage in her mansion, her ulterior motive is getting Mario to defeat Tubba Blubba, who has been eating the Boos of Gusty Gulch, all friends and admirers of Lady Bow’s.


I am looking for a medium-low to medium-high-pitched voice that has range as needed. Her laughs are more typically, aristocratically higher-pitched, but her speaking voice isn’t so. Lady Bow is a secondary antagonist temporarily by keeping Skolar captive, but she is still a good, admirable character. As a lady, she should have a dignified way of speaking. She is a sassy, yet classy character. Lady Bow is around 17-25-ish, so make sure she sounds young. You can do this through brightening her voice a bit or other tactics.
