A Toad who conducts the train heading to Mt. Rugged.
This role is open mostly to interpretation. I am simply looking for an educated, excited voice that can convey a typical train conductor.
Two actors will be cast. One for the conductor and one for the engineer.

When Peach’s Castle was uprooted, one of the boulders from that stack rolled off and landed here. What bad luck! If we can’t do something about that boulder, I can’t make my run to Mt. Rugged!
[Grateful and happy that MARIO fixed the train] Oh, thank you, Mario!! The train's back on track! All aboard!! This train is bound for Mt. Rugged. Are you coming, Mario?
[Announcing the destination, with energy.] Mt. Rugged! Mt. Rugged! Passengers heading for Dry Dry Desert or Dry Dry Outpost, should proceed directly over Mt. Rugged from this station.
