Sienna Khan, like Tukson, was given a bigger role than the original show gave her. I'm not completely familiar with her character personality-wise as I'd like to be, so I'm just going to link her RWBY Wiki page for you to read more about Sienna
(Thankful for Arthur's help, though a bit suspicious due to him being a human) "I fear Tukson would not be here right now had you not intervened. I appreciate the help, Mr. Morgan, but why would you assist us like you did?
(Raised brows, surprised at Arthur mentioning his horse) "Wait, you're serious? You actually rode a horse through the desert?" [followed by a burst of laughter as she raises a hand to her mouth]
(Frowning at Adam Taurus, annoyed/haughtily) "Is there a problem Taurus?" (waits a moment before continuing) "Speak up, or does the cat have your tongue?"

(Low, but demanding to know why Sienna brought Arthur, a human, to camp) "Why did you bring him here?" (sneering, hand on the hilt of his sword) "You just met this human, and you already brought him into our camp? What if he works for the SDC, or the government? How can you trust him?"
(Raising a brow at Sienna's semi-defense of Arthur) "By his own admission, he was a bandit. Does that not fall into the category of lying and cheating?" (swipes his hand aside in frustration) "And yet you brought him here, to where our brothers and sisters sleep? What do we have to gain from him?"
(Letting out a low growl as he flicks a bit of his sword from it's sheath, his tone mixing threatening with mocking) "And where exactly will he be sleeping? Will you be sharing your tent as well as our camp with your pet human?"

Qrow is probably the most recognizable character of this round, being the cynical drunk of the main cast of the show, he only has one line in Chapter/Episode 2, he doesn't really get a role until Chapter/Episode 7

Tukson Stark is a minor character from RWBY Volume 2 who's role gets expanded into a side character in Luck Takes a Turn, he's a former White Fang member who left to become a librarian about the time the White Fang started taking more violent measures to force equality between Humans and Faunus
(Shaking Arthur's hand, casual) "Tukson. Tukson Stark. I'm sorry I jumped on you like that." (sheepish) "You hear enough crap from people, it's easy to assume they're all going to be the same way."
(Playful/Warning Arthur after catching him quietly whistle/stare at Sienna) "Careful, she might have heard that..." (adjusting Cain's weight) "Come on, the sooner we get this poor fool looked at, the sooner we can get back."
(Interrupting Sienna and Adam before they can start a duel/fight, unnerved but raising his voice) "Food's ready!" (raises his arms) "Well, it's almost ready. Ten minutes tops. Don't... don't fight. You'll ruin the noodles."
Voice type: Any type is fine, as long as you're able to have a professional-sounding tone to it
Nothing is known about the Gate Guard other than the fact he's professional about his job, refusing to let Arthur Morgan ride his horse past the city gate
(Raising a hand to stop Arthur, picking up a professional tone) You'll have to stable the horse. We don't allow large animals inside the city.
(Sounding almost as if he's reciting a given speech) "If you're going to be in town for a few days, there's a barn down that way that'll board him for a decent price."
(After pointing to a barn on Arthur's left) "If you're not sticking around, he can stay by the gate, and I'll instruct the watch to make sure no one meses with him. No promises on that, though; I can't make everyone do their job right."

Like Tukson, Cain is a member of the White Fang
Unlike Tukson, Cain isn't from any Volume of the original show of RWBY
I'm not really sure what all there is to say about Cain, he's kind of just a bit of brief exposition in Chapter 2, I think he does get a bit fleshed out later on though
(Laughs a bit, pained from a slice to his arm) "Welcome to the absolute dirt hole of Remnant. The weather is harsh, the land is rough, and the people are both. At least, on this side of the Kingdom they are."
(Explaining why the White Fang are in Vacuo to Arthur) "Vale’s a little dicey at the moment, since one of our demonstrations turned bad. Atlas won’t sell to us at all thanks to the Schnee Dust Company, and Leader Belladonna is in Mistral right now. He figured we should try our luck here just in case he failed."
