League of Legends - Custom Voice (Pulsefire Ekko and Ezreal)
Project Overview
This will be a custom voice-over for Ekko's Pulsefire skin in League of Legends with supporting lines from Ezreal. Ideally, it'll be made into a fully usable mod that will replace Ekko's base VO; however, with Vanguard (an anti-cheat program) being implemented soon, it's difficult to know whether mods will still be usable. We currently don't expect it to be a problem, but in the event that it is, the new voice will remain conceptual until mods are usable again.

Lead role. In this skin, Ekko is a fugitive running from the Rememberancers, who are essentially "time police" trying to stop criminals from breaking tlme and causing paradoxes. He's created a "Chronobreak" device using stolen Rememberancer tech which lets him merge timelines and create specific conditions without causing a paradox.
He's intelligent and generally calm but also a little snarky, though he'll let his walls down every now and then to crack a joke or play some air guitar. He'll be talking to Pulsefire Ezreal over an earpiece. The two of them are in the beginning stages of their romantic relationship, made difficult by the fact that they are both on the run and both terrible at expressing themselves in healthy ways.

If the Rememberancers didn’t want their stuff to be modified, why’d they make it so modifiable? Their fault, not mine.
You cause the problem and then call yourselves heroes for trying to solve it. Sounds familiar.
Supporting role. Pulsefire Ezreal is a fugitive being hunted down by the Rememberancers, "time police" trying to stop people like Ezreal from creating paradoxes and destroying timelines. He's also Ekko's partner, both for work and romance, though he and Ekko are new to the latter and are both terrible at it. Ezreal is seemingly wildly overconfident, yet under his boasting is a bit of truth as he's incredibly intelligent and determined even under pressure. Still, he's also very reckless and gets Ekko into trouble more often than not.
