I'm a performance poet, a musician, a storyteller, an events host, an accidental voice actor, Artistic Director for Spoken Word at PBH’s Free Fringe, and an enormous geek. During weekdays, I persuade people to make lists and say no to shiny things. For every role, there is a different hat, and a spreadsheet to match. My first full poetry collection, Spectral, came out with Burning Eye in March 2022, and I describe it as “a kind of poetry concept album, with illustrations”.
In 2017, I fell into voice acting, partly on a dare, not realising that this one-off recording for a friend would end up turning into a recurring main cast role on cult horror drama podcast The Magnus Archives, where I played the very troubled (and troubling) Daisy Tonner. Hi, my name is Zeiah but you can call me Zay too if you want and I'm here to have a good time! Well moreover to keep myself unbored half the time but like I like to be creative and I think this site is helping me get out of the shell of showing what I'm capable of in terms of things I can do and help do. I don't consider myself super duper confident but I think a lot which is very much of my ADHD lol, but anyway I can help out in anyway I can.
In terms of my skills I can sing, edit, write, and voice act. Since 2020 I have been working on my project universe, Firefly City Stories, a collection of comics and animations following the lives of various characters throughout the fictional world of Firefly City and the Commonwealth of Aurora. These stories are deeply personal to me, but are also attempts at creating something that can help others find meaning and perspective on life.
