My name is Christian Burns. I'm a 19 year old college freshman who's always dreamed of becoming a Voice Actor! I've observed vocal talent for years, as my father worked at a Radio Station for many years of my childhood. I've met Voice Actors and Abridgers in my past few years of attending AnimeSTL.
I'm a musician and song writer. My vocal range is from C2 to G5. I attend Webster University for Music Composition. I've always enjoyed listening to music of all genres! I can play Trumpet, Drums, and Tuba, and am currently learning Piano. Strange instruments will always be near me, such as an Otamatone and a Melodica. I will soon own a full range of Ocarinas, which I hope to self teach in the nearby future.

Hey all,Glad this site exists and its been a pleasure to meet all of the folks I have so far.I'm new to this and am eager to see what my capabilities are. I've always had fun doing characters and especially copying and making fun of what I hear in commercials on TV and radio.I have slightly southern US accent I struggle to keep out of my auditions, and hope one day to see a casting call asking for that. *grin*. Anyway,  I am learning more with each audition and improving my skills with Audacity. I'm a performance poet, a musician, a storyteller, an events host, an accidental voice actor, Artistic Director for Spoken Word at PBH’s Free Fringe, and an enormous geek. During weekdays, I persuade people to make lists and say no to shiny things. For every role, there is a different hat, and a spreadsheet to match. My first full poetry collection, Spectral, came out with Burning Eye in March 2022, and I describe it as “a kind of poetry concept album, with illustrations”.
