*Maniacal* Taking over the Autobot base on Titan was the easy part and with Soundwaves Voice Modulation the Autobots are none the wiser
Shockwave, Brother of Soundwave is silently maniacal And always scheming despite that he is one of the most loyal Decepticons, He also has a Shapeshifting ability (similar to TFA Shockwave) but can only do so once the target is deceased
*Deep British accent is preferred

Brother you’re Mission to rescue us is completely illogical...(Slower) but Helpful
Taking over the autobot base allows us to keep watch of the Lord Megatron, indoor though he’s trapped inside Saturn... his life function show he is very much alive
*Must be knowledgeable about the lore of The Transformers
