Final Update - What to Expect
Thanks to everyone who've taken interest with my casting call for (Project: Adriatic Ace.) The first of five planned short animations.
-
Once the casting call's deadline has passed my partner and I will review all of the submissions one last time, then select three candidates for each role. Successful candidates will be offered a paid audition, followed by an on-camera interview with myself, where questions and conditions can be discussed.
-
The successful candidates will then be presented with the CCA, (Commission Commencement Agreement.) Once read, agreed to and signed, the roles will be cast, and the successful candidates will be presented with the script, as well as any other arranged remunerations.
-
VAs, (Voice Actors,) will have 30 days from their receipt of the script to submit their lines, with a required check-in every 14 days. Musicians and singers will have 60 days from their receipt of the script or music sheet to submit their work, also with a required check-in every 14 days.
-
Cast candidates will be provided with multiple avenues of communication, one of which will be directly linked to my work phone. Unless otherwise discussed, any complete communications blackout lasting for 14 days or longer will result in the role being recast, with any advanced payment being written off as theft.
-
At any time cast candidates may request an on-camera script reading, direction, general discussion or review from me with 48 hours notice, you will not be left to guess or drift unless you choose to.
-
Then once everything is said and done, everyone is paid, and all roles have been adequately fulfilled, cast candidates will be offered an advance screening of (Project: Adriatic Ace,) then work and casting for (Project: Rose Light) will begin.

Kind Regards, Rouce.
