Superman Red Son Comic Dub ($5 - $65 Roles)
Project Overview
I make Comic Dubs of Batman-centric stories on my YouTube channel. In a Comic Dub, listeners receive an audiobook experience, enhanced by the original comic illustrations, showcased either as a dynamic slideshow or with subtle animations to add depth to the storytelling.
If you would like to see an example, here is "Batman: Ego" from my channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFA6IR9FzGg).
This project is based on "Superman: Red Son." In this alternate universe, the trajectory of Superman's life takes a drastic turn. Instead of crash landing into the heartland of Kansas in the United States, the infant Superman's spacecraft veers off course, landing in the rural landscapes of Ukraine during the height of Stalinist Russia.
Raised under the red banner of Communism, Superman emerges not as the familiar hero of American ideology but as a formidable champion of the Soviet regime.
For voice references, the DC Animated Universe is always reliable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0s0FJfyqGk

Magnificent isn’t he? Absolutely magnificent. I knew these random acts of heroism wouldn’t be confined to parameters of Mother Russia.
It’s such a shame he works for the other side. I honestly believe that Superman and I would have been the best of friends if he’d popped up in America.

“What are you looking at, boy? Bullets kill little boys too.”
The kid couldn’t have been more than nine years old, but his glare could stop a clock ticking. Those weren’t a child’s eyes. They looked too patient. I will never ever forget the way that boy stared at me.
I shot his parents. What does that do to a boy, Superman? Is there anybody who can answer that?

All our C.I.A funded toys you used to throw at him in the good old days didn’t even ruffle his jerry-curl.
He’s crucifying the Amazons faster than The Green Lanterns and the Brainiac ship has disabled ninety percent of our Pacific fleet. What have we got to lose?
