Nice to meet you! I’m Vanessa, an LGBTQ+ POC voiceover artist and a mezzo-soprano singer (fondly dubbed as a sporano by my colleagues) who is on the hunt for new and exciting projects to lend my voice to! I have a classically trained vocal background thanks to my 4 year bachelor’s degree in music for vocal performance, so you can rest assured that I will deliver a high quality of performance for any role! I have a plethora of experience voicing in officially licensed anime, indie animation/video games, and audio dramas.
I have been praised for my wide range of voice types, from petulant children to mature, seductive women, to gentle sweethearts, to brash, loud hotheads. There will definitely be something you’re looking for in my handy dandy vocal belt!

My flat rates are $0.40/word or $4-5/line; for live sessions, $250/hr with a two hour minimum. Willing to negotiate.

Vanessa voiced Rebecca, the mom of the lead character in my audiobook "Fight On." She is one of the easiest voice actors I've ever worked with. She understood the character perfectly and paid attention to the anime character that inspired Rebecca. She also recorded and submitted her lines quickly and efficiently. Rebecca is super talented and a total professional.

Vanessa was an absolute delight to record with, and I greatly enjoyed the live session that we had. Vanessa is a wonderful voice actor who is efficient and adapts quickly to a project and role. In addition to her voice talents, she is a lovely individual to whom I truly wish the best; I loved getting to hear about her other projects, as it is so important to me as a project manager to be able to groove well with my team. Vanessa was one of the first VAs I got to sit down with and our more casual conversations really helped ease my nerves about any following sessions. Vanessa quickly delivered her lines, weeks before they were due. She beautifully captured the spirt of the character while providing a very strong performance for each scene. My only problem with her is that I wanted to hear more. I would highly recommend casting her for your project as it will improve it so much.
