I can tell you for a fact this guy can voice act. For his given accents he's quite talented and his improvisation is a key use and shouldn't be ignored.

Although I’m still working with him on my project, he is an exceptional voice actor. He adds energy and depth to lines, exceeding what I had expected. He is overall wonderful to work with, and easy to communicate with as well (Even though he have completely different time zones) I would totally recommend him for any of your projects that need an amazing voice actor!
