An older (Mid 30s) Vigilante whom has just been captured and put to death. Being executed publicly for his crimes as an illegal hero, he is given the chance for final words, in which he delivers a powerful speech to encourage the next generation of heroes. Think of Gold Roger from One Piece a bit! He's tired, hungry, and clearly been in prison for awhile before his execution.

Even in the modern day, someone is about to be publicly executed! Its scary, its unnerving, and its going to bring in so many views! You're excited, but also disturbed by the events. You're an unbias reporter, but you just can't help but show emotion in every word. Looking for a typical reporter voice, lots of annunciation and punctuation.
