Casting Voice Actors for "Suicide Squad Task Force Red: A Game Pitch" Video
Project Overview
This is a casting call for VA's for an upcoming project for the YouTube channel "Pipe Dream Media." In this video, we are pitching a hypothetical Suicide Squad game with scripted segments and art done by our team in order to get the viewer fully immersed in the video and pitch. In order to get the best quality video we can make, we require voice work. While this is an unpaid gig, we will make sure that we credit any and all actors, both in the actual video and in the description of the video, as well as promote any of your preferred media (Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, etc.).

Jason Todd is a complicated man. He's grown up and experienced the best and worst that humanity has to offer, and having been killed and brought back to life hasn't helped with that. He's a man with anger at himself and anger at the world as he struggles to balance his newly found killer instincts with the lessons of humanity and empathy he learned from his father.

(In a sarcastic and bored tone. It's almost like he's trying to get under the skin of whoever he's talking to.) You can’t tell, but I’m dozing off under this mask.
(He sounds confident and sure of himself; there's not a doubt in his mind about what he's saying or what he's doing.) I'm not good or bad. I'm just practical as hell.
Harley Quinn embodies a complex mix of pain and strength, hiding her inner turmoil behind a vibrant, carefree facade. Her bubbly persona masks the deep scars from her abusive ties with the Joker. Her erratic behavior and humor are her shields, deflecting the haunting memories and emotional struggles within. Despite the chaos she embraces, Harley battles her past, seeking to carve out her own identity and find solace from the sins of her past.

Chris is a difficult person to deal with. He is headstrong, vulgar, and dedicated to anything that he believes will serve his country. He's a man who seems like he's all there, but underneath the vulgarity and bravado is a man who's had his demons knock a few of his screws loose and struggles to keep his mind together.

Mirror Master is a down-to-earth guy. He grew up in an environment that didn't really expect much from him, and he learned to not expect much from himself. He enjoys being a bad guy and isn't in it to hurt people or for some big goal, just to be the biggest annoyance he can.

Gerard is a cunning and powerful man. Doing experiments for crime organizations and being a dangerous individual with a rather intimidating presence, even in his moments of being playful with his opponents. He embraces his work as a mad scientist, first and foremost.

(In a voice that's a mix of genuine curiosity and contempt at the subject.) Morals aren't inherent. They're the result of where you come from, who you come from, your social environment, and so many other factors. So why bother with something so fallible?
Byrna has always been a bit of a weirdo. Byrna, the victim of corporate layoffs, uses their genius in order to get back at those who've wronged them. In the suit, they have more confidence and feel more comfortable with who they are, as opposed to out of the suit, where they are more timid and keep things close to their chest.

Venganza knows nothing but the lessons taught to her. Raised by Bane in order to be the ultimate killer, Venganza is a cold-hearted mercenary who knows nothing of empathy for her enemies and even her allies. She's a young woman who has been taught nothing but violence her whole life and struggles with trying to live a life outside of being what her father taught her.

Rudy Jones is the result of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. A family man trying to make ends meet gets caught in an accident that's made him a monster. Now a victim of his endless hunger, he battles to find any remaining humanity left in his soul.

(His voice is calm and tender as peeks of his humanity finally begin to break through to him, the monstrous aspects of his voice beginning to fade away.) Look, kiddo, I didn’t choose this life. I didn’t ask to be a monster. But I’m damn well going to make the best of it. I think we all should.
Dominick is the result of years of expectations being put on him. Growing up as the oldest son of Deathstroke, he's had the expectations of being perfect placed upon him by his father and his siblings. This has led him to become a very stoic and serious man who struggles to let himself be anything but the most efficient and flawless member of any team he's part of.

(The stoicism begins to fade away and reveal a softer and more human side; he clearly doesn't enjoy what he does, but he sees it as a necessary evil.) It's not a matter of whether or not I want to. I do what needs to be done. Nothing more, nothing less.
Waller is a ruthless, calculating government official to everyone who hears the name. Seeing the potential dangers of the world in which she lives, she's willing to do whatever it takes to reach the "greater good," even if she has to take or ruin the lives of others to do it.

Zazzala is the leader of H.I.V.E. and a ruler who will do anything to advance her and her people. While lacking in powers or abilities, she makes up for them in her intelligence and ability to charm anyone into doing whatever she sees fit for her goals.

Gizmo is a recent addition to H.I.V.E. who's flown through the ranks into becoming the main task force of the organization. This, on top of his younger age, has led to him having a very inflated ego and a sense of superiority.
