Sonic the Hedgehog: End Game Saga [Archie Comic Series] Drama Part 1
Project Overview
Hello, fellow Casting Call Club members! We are looking for auditions for an upcoming project. We will be doing a Sonic comic drama from the Archie series. The comic book issues are 47-50, better known as "The End Game Saga."
Summary: Sonic the Hedgehog is mistakingly framed for the murder of Princess Sally Acorn. Will Sonic be able to escape suddden imprisonment bestowed upon him by Sally's father, the King, or will be escape the clutches of fate and prove his innocence?
Rules:

Antoine D'Coolette is a member of the royal guard. He is often seen as a coward, but has moments of bravery. He talks with a French accent.
Voice: I would like either a take on Antoine's SatAM voice, or an original take.
[Interrupted and Surprised] "In 'ze event of emergency we may need... [gasp] Zut Alors! My communicator!"
[Terrified and Frantic] "ZEE PRINCESS! SHE EES IN GRAVE DANGER!"
[Shocked and Still] "'Ze princess... she is..."
Rosie was Princess Sally's nanny. She is calm, caring, and acts as a grandmother to the Freedom Fighters.
Voice: Take inspiration from actresses like Julie Andrews. Rosie should have a British accent like the King and Geoffrey.
[Calming, trying to hold back sadness.] "Easy, lad. 'Th doctor's doing all he can."
[Breaking down slowly, quietly sobbing.] "Come here, child. Shhh." (Starts lightly sobbing.)
Dr. Quack is the doctor to the citizens of Knothole. He is unable to save Princess Sally's fate.
Voice: I would like a male voice, within the 30 to 50 age range. Take inspiration from doctors you've met in real like, or have heard on tv.
[Frantic] "We need to get her OUT of there!"
[Consulting and Serious] "Please step aside, Bunnie... and let me do my job!"
[Exhausted and Un-successful. Regretting.] (slight sigh) "I'm sorry... I did everything I could. (dramatic pause) She's gone."
Hershey the Cat is a minor role in this comic drama. She later ends up with Geoffrey St. John.
Voice: I want a sweet, kind, and caring voice for Hershey. (You can pick whaer type of tone you want.)
[Surprised] "Drago! What are you doing here?"
[Concerned] "How'd it go?"
Sally is smart and intelligent. She is the Princess of former Mobotropolis and also helps to lead the Freedom Fighters against Robotnik's forces. In this saga, she is presumably killed by Sonic the Hedgehog after he cuts a rope, causing her to fall to the ground below.
Voice: I will accept either a Kath Soucie impersonation or an original take on Sally's voice.
[Confident and Quiet] "There's our target for tonight, Sonic!"
[Slightly Dizzy and Tired] "I'll be fine! Must be the air..."
[Exasperated Gasp] "AH!"
Bunnie Rabbot is a Southern bell. She is very kind and carng towards her fellow Mobians, having both a gentle side and a rough side. She is partially roboticized as a result of one of Robotnik's machines. She also talks with a thick, Southern tongue.
Voice: I would like to hear your personal take on Bunnie. Be sure to give her the thick, Southern accent.
[Energetic and Confident] "Leave it to me! I'm the best equipped to handle this!"
[Crying and Comforting] "Oh... Princess..."
[Upset and Insisting] 'We're sho' not leaving here without her!"
King Max Acorn is the ruler of Knothole (previously Mobotropolis) and father to Princess Sally Acorn. He is older in age.
Voice: Something older and more experienced, similar to Tim Curry's take in SatAM.
[Demanding] "Bring forth the prisoner!"
[Cold and Angry] "Sonic the Hedgehog... I sentence you to life inprisonment on Devil's Gulag[Goo-log]! Take him away!"
Snively is Robotnik's nephew and servant. He is conniving, sly, but also can be cowardly towards Dr. Robotnik.
Voice: Some similar to, or exactly like the SatAM voice.
[Smug and Proud] "I think the hedgehog is "reality" challenged, Sir."
[Complying and Insisting] "Yes, Sir! Right Away!"
[Give me some evil laughing reminiscent of the SatAM show.]
Tails is the youngest member of the Freedom Fighters. He does not take Sally's death well, and also has missing parents.
Voice: Tails should have a younger, boy voice. You can impersonate one of Tails' previous voice actors/actresses, or provide your own take on the character.
[Curious] "What is it, Twan!?"
[Worried] "What about... what about Sonic?"
[Crying and in Distress] "Say it ain't so, Sonic! Say that wasn't you who... who- (sniffles)
Rotor works as a mechanic. He is often the one inventing new things. He has a laid back personality.
Voice: I would take inspiraton from Rotor's SatAM voice.
[Normal] "I can't blame Antoine for being edgy, though. Waiting around can be such a killer..."
[Excited and Confidnt] "You betcha! I've been waiting to field test this baby!"
[Horror and Disbelief] "Sonic... I... I..."
Robotnik is the villain of the End Game saga. He is the one responsible for Princess Sally's death. He has a menacing presence.
Voice: If you want to impersonate a previous voice, please either do a Jim Cummings voice or a Deem Bristow voice. Otherwise, original takes are welcome.
[Blissful, Triumphant, and Dark] "Oh, happy days! It doesn't get any better than this!"
[Laughing, Menacing, and Successful] "Sonic the Hedgehog is finally... TAKING THE FALL!" (Add in some evil chuckles and such.)
[I am giving you an option to include a third line. Have fun. ;)]
Drago works alongside Lupe and the other 'Wolf Pack" Freedom Fighters. He's rough, brash, and has a dark side to him.
Voice: For Drago, I would like something along the lines of Bradd Garrett. He played Boss in "Porco Rosso", Tank in An "Extremely Goofy Movie", and Robert in "Everybody Loves Raymond."
[Happy] "I wanted to see how you were, babe!"
[Gruff and Menacing] "Like clockwork, Hershey! And best of all... Lupe (Loo-pay) and the rest of the freedom fighters haven't a clue what's in store!" (Bombastic Laughter.)
Geoffrey St. John works under the King as a form of officer. He is the one who takes Sonic into custody. He has a thick, English accent.
Voice: Give Geoffrey the thick, English accent, while still making him sound gruff and mature.
[Serious and Demanding] "I'll take it from here, Mate!"
[Serious and Angry] "You are, Mate... for MURDURING THE PRINCESS!"
Sonic is often very cocky and a wise-cracker. However, he is also genuine with a heart of gold. When he is framed for Princess Sally's murder, he cannot accept being held accountable for the death of his lover and companion.
Voice: I would like a voice reminiscent of either Jaleel White or Ryan Drummond. However, having your own take on the character is fine as long as it fits!
[Cocky and Energetic] "I'm always up for trashin' ol' Ro-BUTT-nik!"
[Shocked and Vocal] "ARE YOU INSANE!?"
[Honest and in Disbelief] "Sire, I'm innocent! I would not... could not... EVER, do such a thing!"
