The year is 2008. Noobgrounds is all the rage, the XBro 360 is flying off the shelves... Life is looking good in BroVille. Until a sudden murder mystery plot rears its' ugly head at BroVille University... But, hey, at least Tenacious D is in town! God, I hope nothing bad happens to them...

You must have Minecraft Java Edition and be able to run semi-heavy mods without issue.
Audio is a huge part of this project, so please have an appropriate microphone that doesn’t echo or pop.
Practice sessions are every Friday at 9:30 PM CST and can last for around 1 to 3 hours. You must be available at this time, as it cannot be changed.
Recording starts on December 30th. Attendance at every practice session is required to ensure that we create the best series possible.

This is a highly sought-after role, requiring availability every Friday at 9:30 PM CST.
As a student, you'll be actively participating in the storyline, interacting with other characters and attending classes. Every character will be above the age of 18.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
MUST own Minecraft (Java only!) on a PC that can run a decently sized modpack.
MUST own a USB microphone and a set of headphones.
MUST be 16+ years of age.
MUST add your Discord user with your audition.
MUST always be available Fridays at 9:30 PM CST.
*DIRECTIONS:*
Your character's appearance and personality is completely up to you (with minor exceptions, such as them being 18+, human, and believably living in the 2000's). This will basically be your own original character that is being inserted into the story. Introduce yourself and respond to the situations/dialogue in-character, and feel free to do multiple takes for each question, or add your own.

Teachers play a crucial role in the plot, conducting classes based on real-world subjects. You'll have the freedom to choose your subject (except History, Culinary, Gym, and Theatre, which are already taken). Each lesson should be engaging, interactive, and planned to fit within a 10-minute timeframe.

Background characters add depth to the city of BroVille. These roles are flexible and can range from political officials and police, to bartenders, restaurant owners, and pedestrians. Your character's level of involvement depends on your availability and the type of character you choose to portray.

(Restaurant Cashier) "Welcome to BroBucks, what would you like to order? We have a special today on BroGuettes."
(Pedestrian) *talking to another pedestrian in a hushed tone* "Listen, I never asked your sister out...- No, she's lying! I'd never ask HER out. Now, your mother, on the other hand..."
(Espouse some random dialogue - whatever you'd like! Drug dealer, homeless person, corrupt politician, beat cop, or the stressed mother of the notorious Lionel Davenport.)
The Camera Operator is responsible for capturing high-quality footage of live scenes during the roleplay. You'll be invisible in-game, using OBS to record, and getting creative with camera angles to enhance the storytelling. This role will not be required to be as present as others, and I recommend to additionally audition for a Background Character role (though not required).
Every official session (starting November 22) completed as a Camera Operator will be paid 15$. Official sessions will only be around 1-2 hours long.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
MUST own Minecraft (Java only!) on a PC that can run a modpack with shaders while simultaneously running OBS.
MUST be 16+ years of age.
MUST add your Discord user with your audition.
MUST be available on Fridays at 9:30 PM CST when needed. You will be given a heads-up, naturally.
*DIRECTIONS:*
Listen to direction provided by the director and producer, and be able to move your camera on the fly to where the action is. The show is primarily actor improvisation, so oftentimes, scenes may go off the directed path. You must be able to think on the fly, and set your camera's view in suitable and creative places, as well as keep up with the actors within a reasonable distance as to hear them (as we use proximity voice chat in-game).
We will interview you separately over a Discord call sometime in late September. Once again, please attach your Discord user to your audition so we can reach you.
