The beleaguered yet stoic Jarl of Whiterun. Level-headed by nordic standards Balgruuf is an imperfect man with an imperfect life. However he always acts with the good of Whiterun and it's people at the forefront of his mind. Nordic accent preferred. Carrying the gravity of a ruler.

“Believe me, I understand your concerns; but I will not be opening Lorius farm to auction until the companions and the guard have concluded their investigation. The area will remain under patrol, and the families possessions will remain under lock and key.”

The gruff and hard-headed brother to the Jarl of Whiterun. A nordic traditionalist at time he is often a voice of action in the Jarl's ear.

The mild-mannered steward of the Jarl of Whiterun. Soft spoken yet politically minded he is often the voice of caution in the Jarl's ear. His voice is soft, not shrill, but definitely aristocratic.

“Wester's men are settling in but they are reporting that they could use a few more guardsmen to help them keep up their vigils through the night, and rations to boot.”

A Redguard thane of Whiterun. The fragile confidence of a man who bought his way into power, Nazeem takes pleasure in sucking up to authority and talking down to passers by. He is haughty, conniving and a bit shrill. Just a real piece of work.

A venerable maid of Dragonsreach Castle. She worries for the children, likes to gossip and for some reason I went and wrote her with a scottish accent... *shrug* Think Mrs. Doubtfire!!

The court wizard of Whiterun. He has a low droning voice. More of a book worm then a fighter. Prone to sarcasm. Honestly can be a bit of a condisending prick, but this is probably due to his severe lake of social skills. At the end of the day he's an earnist and good hearted nerd.

However vampires are an inigma even among the most learned circles. There are commonalities in the scattered accounts but nothing I can stake my hard-won reputation on.”

Nim is a half elf half khajiit in the employ of the whiterun court wizard. The character was originally voiced by it's creater but she has since fell ill and I need some one to step in for a couple chapters. She is mousy, a bit shy and curious if a shade obtuse in social settings. However she is sharp when motivated and a quietly powerful mage. The original voice was Italian but I am flexible on that.
