As for my own projects, I always state exactly what I need in terms of deadline, quality, commitment, etc. on the project page. I give feedback on auditions upon request!

I definitely would and want to work with Candaru again. There is such a beautiful and natural quality to her acting style. She was a joy to work with and her delivery was well timed and well done. She can only add value to anything she is working on- I stand by this!
