About The Project
Hi there and thanks for showing interest in our project! We are a small video game studio looking to hire two talented voice actors to play the lead characters in our new pirate themed video game.
This game follows the adventures of a noble and audacious pirate crew while they seek legendary treasure and relics. What's an adventure without the charismatic leaders guiding the way? These two characters will be leading the players on their expeditions, immersing them through their magnetic storytelling and bravery.
These roles will be recurring as new chapters will be added over time and the possibility of new IP and media. This initial installation, while smaller, will lead the path to something much bigger. Because of this we ask that you only apply if you are willing to come back and portray the character again in the future.
Deadline
The deadline on this casting call is a hard deadline. We are planning on releasing the game sometime in October. Implementing the voice lines will be one of the last things we do before we ship (pun intended) the game to the public. Therefore there is a decent chance we pick our preferred voice actors before the October 1st deadline.
Requirements
* Our number one requirement is to have fun. Our goal is to bring a unique and fun experience to not only our players but also our team. As voice actors, you bring our projects to life. We admire your passion and want to ensure you are always having a positive time when working with us.
* Please only submit if you are able to deliver a high quality recording. Ensure any background noise is absent to allow that golden voice of yours to shine.
* As mentioned before, these are recurring characters. Please only submit if you are willing and able to come back in the future. (The quoted $150 per project is only for this first installation of 700 words or so. Pay will scale for each additional chapter.)
