League of Legends - Custom Voice-Over (Star Guardian Sona)
Project Overview
This is a conceptual voice-over for the upcoming League of Legends skin "Star Guardian Sona". Like legendary skins, it has new interactions and entirely new lines. The goal of this project is to give Star Guardian Sona a new voice so that it feels similar to a legendary skin. Her familiar, Chiizu, will also be voiced, though most of their lines are not spoken in any identifiable language and instead sound like babbling in a high pitched voice.

"Quiet and reflective, Sona spends her time away from the Guardians as a composer of music... and her time with them as a fighter of incredible power, blasting enemies away with sonically charged starlight. Though she cannot speak, she always makes her voice heard through deeds... or her chatterbox familiar-slash-interpreter, Chiizu".
In this skin she is a Star Guardian, a group of teenage warriors selected by the First Star to defend the galaxy from threats. Overall, Sona is kind and believes music can bring people together, although she is not above using her music to defend herself (or the galaxy) if necessary.
Part of the lore we have decided is that, being skilled with music which often uses Italian terms, Sona speaks Italian and so a few lines are spoken in the language (usually just one or two words per line). While a native speaker is not required as the lines in question are very simple, it is important to be able to say those lines with accuracy.
Everyone else only wanted to talk. They never considered what I might have to say, but First Star was different. For the first time, someone just listened, and I will always be grateful.
The most important words are not spoken by our mouths but by our very souls.
Everyone has a song deep inside them. The stars help bring that song into the light.
Chiizu, Sona's familiar, speaks with a cute and squeaky, though usually unintelligible, voice. Chiizu cares deeply for her, and the two work together (almost) seamlessly. The very few words they speak intelligibly are in English.
