Hamtaro English FanDub Episode 1: Lovestruck Stucky! (Reopened!)
Project Overview
In this episode, the Ham-Ham Clubhouse Gang finds out that young Stucky, a Ham-Ham who loves to play hide-and-go-seek, falls in love with a white bouncing bunny rabbit. At first, the gang believes it is a bad thing when it appears that Stucky wants to actually marry the sweet, little bunny! But after finding out that love's supposed to be that way, the Ham-Hams decide to let Stucky enjoy his moments with his cute crush. That is until the Ham-Hams find out that Stucky is actually in love with just a toy rabbit! Worried that Stucky might fall apart if he finds this out, the Ham-Hams must work up a plan to try and make sure that Stucky is distracted from finding out the truth. Will the smart Hamsters keep their momentum going with their well-thought-out plan until Stucky loses interest? Or will Stucky become observant enough to find out the real deal behind it all?
(This is a non-profit English fandub Hamtaro episode. This episode hasn't had an official English release, so I'm making this episode imagining what it would sound like if this episode had the previous English voices when this show aired on Cartoon Network. I do not own anything Hamtaro-related, but I do think it's a cute, underrated show, which is why I'm making this casting call club in the first place! This English Fan-dubbed episode will be uploaded to my YouTube Channel. Good luck auditioning! Once you get cast, be prepared to possibly stick around for future projects, Future Jigglypuff Lovers!)
(You'll need a decent-sounding microphone if you want to audition for this project. By desktop or phone, it doesn't really matter to me, as long as there's little to no background noise, no mic popping, and no static quality when you audition. Good luck, Future Jigglypuff Lovers!)

Cheerful, kind, selfless, and full of energy, Hamtaro is always looked up to as the leader of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse gang despite his young age. Almost always eager to help, Hamtaro will stop at nothing to solve any problems his friends have no matter the cost! This incredibly brave hamster may often become clueless about the world around him, due to his young age, but his intelligence should DEFINITELY not be underestimated. Hamtaro can sometimes be the brains behind the Ham-Ham gang's exciting escapades!
(For Hamtaro's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous high-pitched child voice provided by Chiara Zanni. I'm actually looking for a female to voice this young Ham-Ham because of that. Here are some voice clips for reference!)

(Proud & Happy) Great job, every Ham-Ham! That's another sticky situation solved! With great teamwork, there's nothing we can't do! Kushi-Kushi-Ticky-Ticky-WOO-HOO!!!
(Confused) What's Dexter even talking about? I don't see any of his top-notch ideas above the Clubhouse, the sky's just a clear blue!
*Bonus* Do some improv. Say something you think would fit. Any sentence relying on this character's personality will do! You can add in the Ham-Chat language if you want, too. Words like "Kushi-Kushi", "Krrmp-Krrmp", "Ouchichi", "Ticky-Ticky", or others.
A Boss by name, and a Boss by nature, this independent and mature Ham-Ham is the one who gives out the orders to the rest of the gang. Despite being the true leader of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse, Boss' character still has some little flaws in him... He has a bit of a temper, and sometimes pretends to know some things he really doesn't... And he tries to resolve his mistakes by acting all smart when the questions get answered for him. Being a nature expert though, reporting what type of weather will be coming up ahead is one of the things that Boss is actually good at! Boss may look like a tough, no-nonsense Ham-Ham on the outside, but you don't have to be put off by his angry looking eyebrows, because on the inside, he has a sweet & soft side and can still be a lovable friend to have! Boss' soft side traits include being dependable, courageous and sometimes even a little bit shy, too!
(Boss will be voiced by Swordtee40.)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character he was originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Boss's lines and Swordtee40's marvelous take on him, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
Cappy is the 2nd youngest Ham-Ham in the gang. Living up to his name, Cappy has a passion of wearing just about anything as a hat! And I mean, just about ANYTHING. While he's not shown wearing his traditional green swimming cap, Cappy likes to wear saucepans on his head, making him look all kinds of silly and goofy! Believe it or not, the saucepans are actually Cappy's headwear of choice, but this young Ham-Ham is always willing to try on something new for his head, and smartly works out the ways on HOW to make it wearable as a cap or hat! Cappy is also shy and hesitant. Being around large crowds of other Ham-Hams can make Cappy feel quite uncomfortable.
(For Cappy's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous high-pitched child voice provided by Ellen Kennedy. I'm actually looking for a female to voice this young Ham-Ham because of that. Here are some clips of Cappy from other Hamtaro Episodes for voice reference!)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wpmDZtpTNGiirP2PjYiWg-DV9tM6nDYy/view?usp=sharing
Hmmmmm... Now THIS looks like something new I could wear if I use the right tools... One size fits all when Cappy's around!
(Dazed, but relieved) Woah... Good thing I was wearing a helmet! That's another reason to love headwear, kids! They protect your head from any potential brain damage in an accident!
*Bonus* Do some improv. Say something you think would fit. Any sentence relying on this character's personality will do! You can add in the Ham-Chat language if you want, too. Words like "Kushi-Kushi", "Krrmp-Krrmp", "Ouchichi", "Cappy-Cappy", or others.
Stucky is not an official member of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse, but he is best friends with Cappy! Stucky gets his name from becoming stuck in a plastic pipe. He couldn't wiggle himself free, but at that point, he decided to just roll with it and carry on with a smile on his face, figuratively and literally! His only forms of movement are running and rolling around, all while saying "Roly-poly". This cheerful and playful hamster's favorite game to play is hide-and-go-seek and is really good at it, too! In this episode, Stucky ends up meeting a cute white bunny rabbit and develops a crush on it. The only problem with it is, that the white bunny is actually a fakie-toy! Worried about how Stucky might feel when he finds out the truth, the Ham-Hams decide to work together to try and make sure Stucky doesn't find out the truth until he possibly loses interest in that said toy rabbit.
(For Stucky's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous high-pitched child voice provided by Jillian Michaels. I'm actually looking for a female to voice this young hamster that's stuck in a plastic pipe because of that. Here are some clips of Stucky's only official English dub Hamtaro episode for voice reference!)

(Cheerful) Hiya, Cappy! Fancy another game of hide-and-go-seek? Don't worry, I promise I'll let you be the seeker this time.
(Lovestruck) Woah... I've been hiding in this thing for quite some time, so I can't really say for certain, but I think that is the most beautiful looking critter I've ever seen in my entire life ever since I've become stuck in this pipe! I wonder if she knows how to play the same games I play every day...
*Bonus* Do some improv. Say something you think would fit. Any sentence relying on this character's personality will do! You can add in Stucky's "Roly-poly" language if you want, too.
Bijou is the elegant one of the Ham-Hams. She and her owner Maria moved all the way from France, to this new, friendly neighborhood! This French Ham-Ham is more tidy and neat than the others, and is quite obsessed with keeping the things she owns in the perfect place or level, like her two blue ribbons for example! She doesn't have a problem with getting dirty if she has to do it, though. After all, it is a small price to pay for becoming a hero and turning frowns upside down! Bijou also has a huge crush on Hamtaro, which progressively grows STRONGER every episode!
(For Bijou's voice, I will allow hers to either sound similar or identical to her previous high-pitched French voice provided by Chantal Strand. Here are some voice clips for reference!)

*Lovestruck sigh* Hamtaro's always so kind and brave even in ze most scariest of situations! I'm so lucky to be around a special Ham-Ham like him...
(Stressed) *Gasp!* Mon dieu! (My goodness!) My ribbons have mud stains on zhem! I can't go out in zhe great outdoors looking like zhis! Ohhhh... If only I had remembered to bring replacement ribbons to zhe clubhouse!
Laura is the main human character in the Hamtaro series who has a huge interest in hamsters. Moving into a new city, Laura was a very shy girl around other kids at first, but after meeting another girl who shares the same powerful interest as hers, Laura gained the courage to become more social, and has now become friends with almost everyone she has met! She also has a huge bond with her own hamster Hamtaro, and does her best to make sure that Hamtaro is well-cared for and safe from harm! Laura wishes nothing but the best for her young hamster, and hopes that Hamtaro will stay happy with her and his home! And so far, nothing has changed! Good on Laura!
(Laura Haruna will be voiced by Ryderkrose)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character she was originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Laura's lines and Ryderkrose's marvelous take on her, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
Marian is Laura's mother who also works at a flower shop. She is very dedicated to her work, whether it's work relating to the flower shop, or additional housework at home. She'll work as hard as she can and will not stop until the job's done, all up to the point where she becomes too focused, or builds so much stress that she will call her own daughter by the family dog's name or Hamtaro's name! Still, please don't laugh, mistakes like these happen.
(Marian Haruna will be voiced by Harukanami9909)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character shewas originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Marian's lines and Harukanami's marvelous take on her, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
Cheerful Cousin Emiko's relationship with both little Laura & her mother goes back a very LONG way... With relationships & bonds this strong in the family tree, it's pretty hard for Emiko to forget all the magical memories she's made with all of her closest relatives over the years. Heck, even Laura remembers all the fun games she and Emiko played when they were both younger! In this episode, however, we sadly find out that Emiko, Laura & Marian's reunion will be the last one they'll ever receive... Because Emiko is now planning to move out of town and live with her new fiance after they tie the knot at their very own wedding party! Come to think of it, that might be the main reason why Emiko called for Laura & her mother to visit for the last time before they say their final goodbyes... It can be hard moving house sometimes, can't it? But in the end, we all know that Emiko still has that cheerful smile on her face knowing that she's ready and willing to start a brand new life in a new town!
(I'm looking for an enthusiastic, cheerful medium pitched, or mid-high pitched young adult voice for Cousin Emiko.)
*Gasp!* Aunt Marian & Laura! It's been such a while since you last came over! Come in! Make yourselves at home! You can even help yourselves to a packet of Doritios if you want to!
(Sympathetic & comforting tone) Oh no, Lucy! What happened? Did you get your head stuck in that tricky little dollhouse again?
*Bonus* Do some improv. Say something you think would fit. Any sentence relying on this character's personality will do!
The glutton of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse, there will often be rare times you will see Oxnard without a sunflower seed in hand! Sunflower seeds are Oxnard's favorite food, and he always keeps one during the adventures he has with his friends just in case he gets hungry. And don't be surprised if that does happen, his appetite is WAY bigger than the rest of the Ham-Hams! Oxnard's appearance may be a timid, shy and clumsy hamster, but he's still willing to help out any problems if it means making the gang all happy and proud in the end!
(For Oxnard's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous high-pitched, deep-toned child voice provided by Saffron Henderson. I'm actually looking for a female to voice this young gluttonous Ham-Ham because of that. Here are some voice clips for reference!)

(Nervous) Listen, I don't know about you Hamtaro, but I think it might be the best idea to stay out of their way. These Ham-Hams don't look very friendly.
*Gasp!* My sunflower seed pile! It's gone! (Crying) GUH-HUH-HUH-HUH-HUH-HUHHHH!! Now what will I have to eat when I'm starving to death?!
A smart and sophisticated Ham-Ham whose home is in a glasses store, Dexter always prefers to dress neatly and dapper-like in sort of a nerdy-like fashion before going with his friends on their exciting escapades. He is also Howdy's "frenemy", and this doesn't just apply to their different levels of knowledge, either! At times, Dexter and Howdy are often shown together getting along. They're also very protective of each other, too! Other times, they have this rivalry where they argue and fight with each other, sometimes with Howdy's bad jokes, and other times for Pashmina's attention as both of them have a huge crush on her! That I think, is honestly a shame, really.
(For Dexter's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous nerdy-like voice provided by Samuel Vincent. Here's some voice clips for reference!)

Pssh, who needs littertrue or literally or what-cha-ma-call-it? I don't think Maxwell realizes that you don't have to know all this stuff to become smart! All you really need to do is to find some top-notch ideas above the Clubhouse!
(Very Serious Tone) Howdy, I know exactly what you are trying to do, and if I were you, I'd better back off. Pashmina's all mine!
The Ham-Ham Clubhouse's low-class chatterbox, Howdy is a wise-cracking South American Country-Style Ham-Ham with quite a hefty sense of humor! Howdy often tends to crack out some bad jokes and bad puns at every opportunity he gets. Ironically and unfortunately for him, the Ham-Ham gang only let out even a chuckle on the times he's NOT actually trying to be funny. Nothing seems to lower Howdy's self-esteem, though! He just keeps the jokes coming! As well as being a hamster who loves at least trying to be the clown of the group, he's also really good at sweeping and sprucing up dusty rooms with his trusty broom! I'm sure if you had a dusty living room as a hamster and chose Howdy to clean up for you, he'll make your room spic and span in just minutes! All while dishing out the bad puns along the way too, of course.
(For Howdy's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous South American voice provided by Paul Dobson. Here are some clips of Howdy from other Hamtaro Episodes for voice reference!)

Golly, I ain't never seen any Ham-Ham this rude-mannered before! Why, his home's more dirtier than a pot-bellied pig residing inside a dumpster! We better make sure this hamster gets it together and cleans up his act! (Laughing) HA-HA! "Cleans up his act!" Howdy, you still got it!
(Happy) Well, YEE-HAW! That was easier than growing sunflower seeds on the farmland!
A sweet, caring, and sometimes reserved Ham-Ham, Pashmina is the wise one of the group. When it is her turn to speak up, she'll often give out very important pieces of advice to her other Ham-Ham friends who may need it! The gang often looks up to Pashmina as the "Caring Mother" or "Babysitter" of the Clubhouse. As well as being caring and lovable to all her friends, just like a true Mother would, despite not actually being one, Pashmina also has a huge obsession with scarves, and is almost never shown without one! The pink ones are her favorite. The scarves are not the only things Pashmina treats very well! Like I said before, there are many Ham-Hams that Pashmina cares about, but I think we all know which one she cares about the most! Penelope, the youngest member of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse is almost always seen with Pashmina. Those two have a very sweet sister-like bond together, and Pashmina will pretty much do about anything to make sure Penelope is safe from harm, much like Howdy and Dexter's relationship!
(Pashmina will be voiced by Usatokki)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character she was originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Pashmina's lines and Usatokki's marvelous take on her, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
Penelope is the youngest member of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse. Although kind-hearted to everyone she meets, she has a sister-like bond with the older Pashmina, always being close to her wherever she goes! She also loves her yellow blanket that she wears, and is almost never seen without it! Penelope is also at the early age where she cannot talk like the other Ham-Hams, and is only capable of saying these three cute words... "Ookwee!" "Ookyoo!" and "Ookwaa!". And unfortunately, being younger and less experienced than the other Ham-Hams, her curiosity often lures her into trouble, and often requires her Clubhouse friends to rescue her whenever she's in a sticky situation! But hey, you can't get mad at her. She is only young, after all!
(For Penelope's voice, I will allow hers to either sound similar or identical to her previous high-pitched voice provided by Jocelyne Loewen. Here are some clips of Penelope from other Hamtaro Episodes for voice reference!)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ByL98uXv6xTq2Hs022xA0MTrMmWuQq8F/view?usp=sharing
Say a few "Ookwee!"s, "Ookyoo!"s or "Ookwaa!"s in any emotion you want. Whenever it's happy, sad, angry, or scared, or any other emotion. It'll all do! That's really all you have to do for this role.
Owned by a family who runs a bookstore, Maxwell is usually the brains of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse and is often the one to talk to whenever the Ham-Hams have trouble understanding something, which actually sometimes puts pressure on him. Surely the Ham-Hams can't expect even a book-smart genius to know everything! A bookworm with a high IQ, Maxwell knows many advanced subjects from the books he reads such as science and literature, and wants to teach his Ham-Ham friends all the important things he knows! Unfortunately for him, his friends often struggle to pay attention to Maxwell's extensive facts, much to Maxwell's disappointment.
(For Maxwell's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous voice provided by Brad Swaile. Here are some clips of Maxwell from other Hamtaro Episodes for voice reference!)

It's nice to see you all eating your health food, because according to this book, sunflower seeds are naturally gluten-free. They're also low in saturated fat and contain a good source of plant protein! AND they're rich in vitamins and minerals! Pretty fascinating facts, eh guys?... Guys?...
Wait, please don't go! I'm sure you'll find some interesting facts in this chapter! It's all about photosynthesis! No, it doesn't have anything to do with a camera, but... *Annoyed sigh* You guys are gonna walk away from me again, aren't you? What's even the point of me attempting to fill your brains with knowledge if you're just going to ignore me all the time?
*Bonus* Do some improv. Say something you think would fit. Any sentence relying on this character's personality will do! You can add in the Ham-Chat language if you want, too. Words like "Kushi-Kushi", "Krrmp-Krrmp", "Ouchichi", "Ticky-Ticky", or others.
Sandy is an energetic, but gentle Ham-Ham who has a passion for rhythmic gymnastics. Her graceful postures and potentially hypnotic flowing using her pink ribbon is often quite a show for the Ham-Ham Clubhouse gang! But they also have to keep an eye on her while playing sports, Sandy's athletic abilities often keeps the Ham-Hams on their toes! But with Sandy's older twin brother Stan in the picture, the roles become reversed. This time, Sandy is the one to keep a close eye on Stan, trying to make sure his flirtatious behavior doesn't get the better of him, and ends up embarrassing her!
(Sandy will be voiced by Usatokki)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character she was originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Sandy's lines and Usatokki's marvelous take on her, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
Stan is Sandy's older twin brother, being born at least just a minute before her. Like his fraternal sibling, Stan has an interest in sports too, but is more interested and skilled in the more extreme sports like skateboarding and snowboarding. Stan is often seen with his favorite musical instrument, the maracas, and will often shake them around whenever he gets excited. Stan's most notable trait, however, is that he behaves the exact same way that Pokemon Trainer Brock does... He attempts to hit on other females every chance he gets! This often annoys the other male Ham-Hams, and the female ones find Stan a bit awkward when he flips his love switch on, but because they're too kind to want to hurt anyone's feelings, they try their best to be kind to Stan anyway. This does not include Sandy, however. She often gets angry and embarrassed when his older twin brother attempts to charm the other females. I'm sure you would feel the same way as Sandy if you had a sibling who tries to flirt usually at the wrong times.
(For Stan's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous voice provided by Mike Coleman. Here are some clips of Stan from other Hamtaro Episodes for voice reference!)

Oh please, Sandy! Admit it, no matter the condition, you just gotta LOVE the adrenaline rushing through your veins whenever you shred it on a half-pipe!
(Flirtatious tone) Don't tell Sandy, but I have a soft spot for beauty. And judging by the way you look, I can tell that you were a gift from God, girl! You're looking fine and gorgeous, and I didn't even see you put any lipstick nor makeup on! A beautiful Ham-Ham to match my beautiful heart.
The Ham-Ham Clubhouse's handyman, Panda is the one responsible for creating all the giant and fun structures for his friends. His most prized project is the Ham-Ham Fun Park, an amusement park fit for hamsters his size! Panda never worries if he runs out of supplies to use either, because his home belongs in a woodworking shop, meaning that he always has access to bring new supplies whenever he needs them! Because of his relaxed and sensitive nature, Panda prefers to stay on the sidelines and let his other Ham-Ham friends do all the talking if possible. He also tends to become pretty upset himself if he sees one of his owners in a breakdown.
(For Panda's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous high-pitched child voice provided by Jillian Michaels. Here are some clips of one of Panda's main focusing Hamtaro episodes for reference!)

Hmmmmm... These blueprints do make the project look nice... But I'm not so sure about it... I might need to make some small additions to the structure if I want to develop the 5-star quality Ham-Ham Café.
(Worried) Something must be wrong with Mimi... I'd better tell my Ham-Ham friends about this!
This toy, believe it or not, was the curious case for the Ham-Ham Gang to investigate and try to solve in this episode! You see, it all started when hide-and-go-seek master Stucky mistakes the interactive sensor plaything for the real deal after taking a peek at it from Emiko's study room window, and now he believes that the toy is actually a bunny who loves to play hide-and-go-seek just as much as him! It's bad enough that poor Stucky thinks he's talking to an actual rabbit girl, what's worse is that he's actually grown a liking to the inevitably cute toy for infants! Still think that's not too much of a big deal? Listen to this... Stucky actually wants to MARRY that toy and play hide and seek with it every day! Poor oblivious Stucky, it's even worse when a hamster like him wants to marry a female figure at a very young age, too!
(I'm looking for a cheerful & cute-sounding high-pitched female voice for the Peek-A-Boo Bunny. Something that matches the theme and the mood for other talking infant toys.)
(Enthusiastic) Peek-A-Boo! I see you! *Giggles*
They don't call this lazy Ham-Ham Snoozer for nothing. This mysterious heavy-sleeper of the Ham-Ham Clubhouse is pretty much always seen sleeping in his sock used for a blanket, and the only time he'll ever "wake up" is when he needs to give his Ham-Ham friends a very important piece of advice to pay attention to. "Waking up" isn't saying much with Snoozer though, as his eyes will stay closed and he will stay put in his sock blanket when giving that said piece of advice. Whenever he wants to come with his Clubhouse gang on their adventures, Snoozer relies on a strong Ham-Ham to carry him on their back since he's not used to moving on his own because he slept for so long. Boss is usually the one to carry Snoozer, but hey, at least that helps them bond a bit and grow their friendship, right?
(Snoozer will be voiced by Jayful)
(Since the voice actor agreed to voice the character she was originally supposed to last copy, there's no need for any lines in this copy. To see Snoozer's lines and Jayful's marvelous take on him, you can check out the previous original copy of the episode I still have on my dashboard!)
