A smart and sophisticated Ham-Ham whose home is in a glasses store, Dexter always prefers to dress neatly and dapper-like in sort of a nerdy-like fashion before going with his friends on their exciting escapades. He is also Howdy's "frenemy", and this doesn't just apply to their different levels of knowledge, either! At times, Dexter and Howdy are often shown together getting along. They're also very protective of each other, too! Other times, they have this rivalry where they argue and fight with each other, sometimes with Howdy's bad jokes, and other times for Pashmina's attention as both of them have a huge crush on her! That I think, is honestly a shame, really.
(For Dexter's voice, I will allow his to either sound similar or identical to his previous nerdy-like voice provided by Samuel Vincent. Here's some voice clips for reference!)
