Bijou is the elegant one of the Ham-Hams. She and her owner Maria moved all the way from France, to this new, friendly neighborhood! This French Ham-Ham is more tidy and neat than the others, and is quite obsessed with keeping the things she owns in the perfect place or level, like her two blue ribbons for example! She doesn't have a problem with getting dirty if she has to do it, though. After all, it is a small price to pay for becoming a hero and turning frowns upside down! Bijou also has a huge crush on Hamtaro, which progressively grows STRONGER every episode!
(For Bijou's voice, I will allow hers to either sound similar or identical to her previous high-pitched French voice provided by Chantal Strand. Here are some voice clips for reference!)

*Lovestruck sigh* Hamtaro's always so kind and brave even in ze most scariest of situations! I'm so lucky to be around a special Ham-Ham like him...
(Stressed) *Gasp!* Mon dieu! (My goodness!) My ribbons have mud stains on zhem! I can't go out in zhe great outdoors looking like zhis! Ohhhh... If only I had remembered to bring replacement ribbons to zhe clubhouse!
