"Game On" ! A Minecraft Roleplay Series !
Project Overview
Dear CCC VA & Crew,
This is the official casting call page for a Minecraft Roleplay series called, "Game On", An upcoming series produced by SunflowerStudios!
In this series, A college boy named, Christopher always had trouble balancing school and his love life, until he met a girl who gave him this heart-shaped sticker. He returns to his dorm and when he wakes up, he sees a screen pop up with profiles of his friends, with hearts and stars in the corner of his eye. As the day passes he goes back to sleep and relives the same day without the profiles of his friends.
Some type of crazy deja vu. Almost like he was in a simulation.. a video game?
SunflowerStudios is looking for a variety of talents, whether that being Voice Actors, Editors, Skin Makers/HD Skin Makers, Thumbnail Artists/Artists, Writers, etc.
You are allowed to do as many takes as you want, but we want to hear your best take overall in your file!! :D
There will be no backups to prevent people being disregarded for their talent !!
(There will be ONLY 1 VA per character !!)
You will NOT need Minecraft (Java) to play in the series! People who apply to be a body actor will play your character for you!
(HOWEVER if you wish to body act your character please let me know.)
Mic quality is VERY important and must be good. please record in a quiet/silent space. (If background audio is captured in the audition you may be rejected, depending on how bad it is).
Please have a way to contact you in your audition! We prefer to use Discord, however, if you do not have Discord please provide other ways to contact you!
This series will contain swearing, romance/romantic scenes, and sensitive topics such as homophobia.
so if you are uncomfortable with this please do not audition.

Christopher has always been the type of kid to stand out, voice his thoughts and overall try to over-achieve in everything, but he finds it so hard to find love, or even focus on it. He feels so pressured to be this light in his friends eyes that he never has the time for himself and these other emotions he feels.

Alexander is such a big tease, with a little bit of a hot temper, kindness and often likes playing jokes on his friends, however he likes starting fights with others when it relates to his friends. Constantly feeling guilty for starting stuff his friends prefer him not to but also feels upset they don't see the importance behind it, he views it as if his friends are just ok with being treated like garbage.

Maze has a very eerie and creepy feeling to her, kind of like a shadow that you don't see until you least expect it, she's very dull with her wording and never really aware of her her cold hearted comments, assuming it be seen as advice and not harmful, however she has her kind moments, just a lot rarer then they should be.

Oliver is some stuck up, flirty, and cocky guy but genuinely has a type of soft spot! Oliver is you're typical bad boy, always sneaking out trying to live out this "rebel dream" he has. He's often alone since he had struggled to make friends so he's the type of person to enjoy the peace and quiet, always sitting up on the schools rooftops. However meeting Christopher had changed him a lot as a person.

Octavia is this extremely nervous train-wreck when it comes to expectations placed on her by EVERYONE except for a certain group of people which make her feel at home, even almost safe. She puts on this act to be a mean girl just so she fits the average view her family sets her to have without control over it, she feels helpless but has hope this group can help her show the real HER. She's always so nervous to be caught with anyone with "lower popularity status" because of her friends high expectations.

Sebastian is a sweet guy who offers help to other students around the campus and overall a closer friend to Christopher because he's best friends with his sister Aurora, so they've known each other for a while and happen to have some classes together this semester which allows them to get to know each other better! Overall a kind and friendly dude with a flirty but comforting personality.

Akemi is an overall encouraging person and sets her focus on her teams and or friends, she's a big athlete but also a a professional gamer, she tends to take things in real life and games very seriously. She's very determined yet also sometimes unfocused when it doesn't revolve around winning something. She's a big tease and normally is seen as overly-confident but in reality is just trying to hide her feelings.

Greyson is this basic athlete who has these heavy expectations placed upon him by friends, school and even family, and can genuinely only be himself when he's around Christopher. he's overall a sweet and humorous guy but also has this huge wave of fear always casted over him, trying to fit what PEOPLE think of him and not himself, which Christopher helps him find properly to where he can express it without being scared of himself and what others think, to be confident with himself.

Adrianna is this typical mean girl but not exactly the type people think she is, the reason she is the way she is because of the constant nagging from her mom, trying to fit an expectation of being perfect. She blocks out all her negative emotions by using them against others instead of saying something.
(Her last voice line should be said like she's finally had enough with this "act" she's put on)

Liam is this over-confident athlete that views himself so "high up there" because of his achievements within schools or with the "ladies". Very judgy and overall shames people for what they do if it's not to "his standards", views them as gross and unwell. Overall a douche with a high ego and a VERY high view over himself.

Leilani is this sweet but also hostile girl because of the amount of judgement she's received for certain hobbies, music taste, etc. She's always had a thing for gardening and even starts her own club at the school! Some people never expected her to be the "type" to want to garden, but she loves it and finds true passion and comfort within it, she's dull but also a sweetheart with CERTAIN people.

Daniel is this giant prankster and overall a class clown and sees these "pranks" he does as harmless jokes and good content for his "YouTube channel", constantly pranking friends and teachers and always finds new ways to prank them so he can have a way of saying "expect the unexpected." Sometimes full of himself but overall means it as a joke! He's seen as this heavy goofy student especially amongst teachers.

She can't "help" but look down on others which she tries to play it off but fails. She does the things that feel impossible to her like make friends with people she despises and doesn't want to be viewed as the type of person they are just by hanging out with them

Zamir is this quiet popular kid who's main focus is workouts and partying, with a HUGE competitive spirit and often challenges people to things he knows he may not even win. he sees it as a test and not a race. He is this friendly person people tend to go to when they need a proper laugh or even someone who offers an ear when it comes down to problems/struggles.

Felix was often bulled for MANY reasons and it had a huge impact on him so he finds it hard to talk to others without being judged or seen as this "monster", he just wants to be seen as himself. He has a partner which tends to help him with his problems but it's never properly seen as him and his struggles. He finds it hard to VOICE his problems when his voice has been so pushed down by these negative comments which affects him and relationships he's experienced, missing that ability to communicate his feelings.
