Butterflies is still a game about inline skating and graffiti.
I've managed to get a Kickstarter funded and I'm returning to get episode 3 voiced.
What's it about?
Lots of things, namely inline skating and graffiti, but you'll mostly be doing barks and grunts for the game's new playable characters.
What's the setting like?
It takes place in a nameless city in Japan sometime in the future. "Rudies" are rebellious young people on inline skates expressing themselves through graffiti against the self-declared ruler of a violent police state. I'll add more information on demand.
What am I supposed to do?
You can join the Discord server here. After discussing with a voice actress and finding myself dissatisfied with the standard online workflow (that is, separate readings and feedback) I'm hoping to participate remotely in recording sessions for each performance, ideally using Discord voice. Be sure to join and ping me, so that you'll get the voice actor role and we can schedule a time in the relevant channel.
What about translators? Why is there only German?
Translators can also join the Discord server to get the translator role and get working right away. As of this writing, I've managed to get translators for most intended languages but German.

I wasn't around for a little while because of holiday stuff and I've let everybody's takes pile up without really paying attention. I'll close roles for the time being and hopefully go through the takes I haven't yet. I've already got a handful of people shortlisted for the multi-character roles; I'm hoping to contact those I've selected via PMs.

I think I'm going to begin selecting VAs for the roles now. Note that as far as I can tell, I can only pick one submission per role, so for the Man-Machines, High Rollers and Cosmic Girls, I'll just close the role and shortlist and notify those I selected.
