Project Overview
Battle for Dream Island: The Movie is an upcoming animated reality comedy-adventure YouTube film based on the animated YouTube web series Battle for Dream Island. The film will be animated using Adobe Animate, Blender, and TVPaint Animation.
The story is about Firey, who is an average flame who lives in a fireplace in his own house. One day, when he's watching TV, a television commercial for Dream Island appears on the screen. The commercial is actually a TV trailer for a new reality TV show hosted by the Announcer, who is a speaker box that plans to sell Dream Island to the winner by the end of the show. Firey is interested in going on a vacation at Dream Island, so he packs his bags, and goes on a flight to Dream Island where he meets Leafy and other anthropomorphic objects that will be competing on a battle for Dream Island. Meanwhile, Leafy's evil clone, a red leaf named Evil Leafy, is planning to steal Dream Island and cancel the competition, so Firey and his friends must save Dream Island before it gets stolen.
The BFDI movie project is looking for animators to help Sharpness Knight with the film's animation. Watch the video here and choose whether to be part of the film's production crew or not.

After that, I’m heading over to Object Island to compete for the grand prize... DREAM ISLAND! I can’t wait! This is a dream come true! Today must be my lucky day!
I'm Firey, one of the hottest objects in Objectropolis.
Leafy is a friendly leaf who is Firey's love interest and the main deuteragonist of the movie. She's one of the 20 contestants that are competing for Dream Island.

David the Cafeteria Worker is a red building block who is Blocky's twin brother. He is a chef and a cafeteria worker who helps Rolling Pin bake cakes for the Cake at Stake elimination ceremony. He also makes food for the contestants and the Announcer.

Evil Leafy is a red leaf who is Leafy's evil clone created by Evil Dr. Trash. She is the main antagonist of the movie.

Flower is a female anthropomorphic flower who likes natural things. She has relationship problems with Ice Cube, who despises her because of her looks and because of the type of clothing she wears.

Bubble is a girl who looks and feels a lot like a soap bubble. In fact, she is a human-shaped soap bubble. She has an awkward way of talking, as she replaces some vowels with "oi" sounds in words (e.g. "Leafy" becomes "Loify", "Lightning" becomes "Loightning", etc.), giving her a unique accent.

Ice Cube is a fairly quiet and vengeful ice cube who has problems with Flower.

Coiny is an anthropomorphic penny with a red tie who has problems with Firey. However, by the end of the movie, he ends up becoming friends with him.

Match is an anthropomorphic match with the personality of a typical teenage girl. She is best friends with Pencil.

Woody is a wooden boy made of balsa wood, which is a very soft and fragile type of wood used in crafts and woodworking, as stated by Tennis Ball. He is known for having panophobia, which is the fear of everything, as is the case in the original BFDI cartoon on YouTube, in which the movie adaptation is based on, as he was paranoid and always appeared to be nervous. He also gets picked on and pushed around by some contestants like Pin, Blocky, and Flower.

Eraser is a generally tough, grumpy, unamused, and impatient anthropomorphic eraser. He doesn't speak much unless necessary. In his spare time, he usually sits around without interacting with anyone except Pen, unless it's necessary. His voice is low-pitched and unenthusiastic, similar to that of an angsty teenager. He likes to say his famous catchphrase "Which is!?"
I can't believe what a scaredy-cat Woody is. He's so uncool, but Pen, you're cool though.
Golf Ball is so bossy! She is like a bossy bot. (pause) Uhh, you know, a bossy robot? (pause) Well, a robot that was built to be its bossiest! I'm glad that once I win that island, I'll never have to speak or hear of her, or Flower, or Woody, or even Spongy! Hah! I'm glad I have an actual chance to win.
Which is!?
Pen is a male anthropomorphic pen who is cool, yet nice. He is considered one of the "cool" characters and is good friends with Eraser, Blocky, and Snowball. However, unlike them, Pen is more optimistic and sensible and has his nicer moments more often than them (For example, when Firey allows Pen and his three friends into Dream Island, Pen is the only one who thanks him). Pen tends to be nicer than his friends, as two of them (Blocky and Snowball) have been shown to enjoy murdering other contestants, while the other one (Eraser) seemingly does not care much about other people.
It makes sense because they're both electronics.

That's because TV is a boy, while Remote is a girl, so they are actually DATING! They're on a date.

Rocky is a small anthropomorphic rock who is quite bizarre and erratic. He is usually seen as an obstacle by most people, given his lack of intelligence and his tendency to barf constantly. Yes, Rocky likes to barf because his vomit occasionally helps him and his teammates, but it usually flies on other people's faces or their property. He's usually seen smiling and is rarely shown to be angry, even when bad things happen to him. This implies that Rocky is typically in a carefree and cheerful mood. However, it could also mean that he doesn't understand things due to a lack of intelligence, or something far more sinister remains to be seen. These tendencies can make him seem quite childish. Rocky is chaotic and child-like, often showing no understanding of objectives or plans and barfing on a whim rather than for a purpose.

Snowball is a very competitive and jock-like snowball who wants to win BFDI. He is also arrogant, prejudiced, and cocky, believing himself superior to most other people, be it armless people or even members of the opposite gender. He lacks a sense of teamwork, and will often ditch or hurt his teammates, believing he's on the right. Whether or not someone happens to anger him, he can become violent on a whim, and even abusive.

Tennis Ball is an anthropomorphic tennis ball who is smart at solving problems and creating new innovations. Unfortunately, he is very clumsy because of his size and the fact that he does not have arms. He is also very cautious and prefers to think first before making most decisions.
