In the aftermath of a cataclysmic apocalypse that shattered the world as we once knew it, ARTYFICIAL takes us on a journey 300 years into the future. In this desolate wasteland, survivors wander aimlessly, clinging to the remnants of a past they can no longer comprehend. Amidst this bleak backdrop, the game's focus centers on three wanderers, whose chance discovery of the remains of a mysterious figure from the past sets the stage for the game's story.
Together, these wanderers join together to unravel the story of the fallen hero who sought to avert the world's demise, and despite their efforts, failed. As the three piece together fragments of the past, the player will bear witness to the desperate struggle of this long-lost savior, discovering the sacrifices made, the battles fought, and the weight of the impossible burden carried on their shoulders.
At its core, ARTYFICIAL delves deep into the human spirit, exploring the resilience and hope that persist even in the face of imminent oblivion. Players will witness how the survivors cope with the knowledge of their impending doom, finding solace in the smallest gestures and forging connections to endure their shared reality. The game paints a poignant portrait of the human condition, depicting the myriad of emotions, doubts, and fears that intertwine with the remnants of a world lost to time.
Artyficial is not merely a post-apocalyptic adventure; it challenges players to contemplate the profound impact of modern thoughts and perspectives on interpreting historical events. As they navigate the complexities of the past, players will come to realize that history is not a rigid truth; but a fluid tapestry shaped by the lens of the present.

This casting call is for the playable demo of 'ARTYFICIAL'. The demo will be a free to play and download game that lasts 1-2 hours. Talents should be aware and agree that their voice may appear in promotional material for the game.
After completion of the demo, work on the full game will commence. Whether full voice acting is used or not will depend on the amount of funding received for the game. If all goes well, I'd love to reinvite talents (or recast new ones if the old ones do not wish to continue) for much better pay INCLUDING commercial/broadcasting rights.
Most characters will have very little speaking lines in the demo. Characters are listed ROUGHLY from most to least lines.
Please have decent mic quality/no background noise. Talents over 16 preferred.
Should be noted most characters have a Russian accent (except Fyodor and Sister Levitsy, who are Nigerian, Bones + the God of Art who are both British/English, and Papa Nikolaev who is Indian). Accents don't have to be very strong, just noticeable enough. Some characters have to say Russian words: https://forvo.com you can put any russian word into here and get several pronounciations.
Accurate pronunciations are helpful, but difficulty/mispronunciation in your audition won't cost you the position, but it is appreciated and good to know that you are able to easily and fluently pronounce Russian words.
As a note: Tyoma = tee-oh-ma, Nikolaev = Knee-co-lie-yev, Fyodor = fee-oh-dor, Fedya = fed-ya
CW: Artyficial, in both the demo and the full game, will feature aspects of violence, gore, war and apocalypse. The game is political with a main focus on communism (of which the main character is formerly), traditionalism and fascism.
