Concord Stories: Chemgarden
Project Overview
Concord Stories is an add-on of Sim Settlements 2 for the Bethesda game Fallout 4, releasing in December 2025. Its goal is to add new stories, characters, and places to discover in the whole Commonwealth. The stories are sometimes standalone and also sometimes integrated with the rest of the stories in the mod. Hence the name... Concord STORIES :)
Dozens of new NPCs, quests, shops, locations and items will be added to the game.

Story Description: ChemGarden
Previously a wine cellar, this cave has been taken over by a group of Mr. Handies. Cooking chems and selling them is their business. A fully automated clandestine chem lab that grows their own fruit. What could possibly go wrong? One thing is certain, the main Mr. Handy, Mr. BossHand, is determined to make a place for himself in the shady economy of chemsales in Goodneighbor.

A robot obsessed with growing plants and food. His prewar programming was to help grow crops and that hasn't changed. He now grows fruit and tarberries for this new business. Due to his limited programming, he might sometimes mistake the player for a giant walking fruit! And there are two of them!
