Project Overview
320 Freleng Avenue
This animated series focuses on energetic cartoon tigers Timmy and Tanya, two recently made cartoon characters (or “toons” for short) who have just been brought to life by their overworked and hotheaded cartoonist Sylvester, and help him make animated cartoons for his workplace, and also interact with the hundreds of other toons in their home and the many other toons and cartoonists in the city of Toon Lake, making many new friends and enemies along the way.

Toon #320. The latest addition to his cartoonist’s large population of toons. A wisecracking tiger toon with snappy comebacks, loves to entertain others by telling jokes, puns, and performing cartoony visual gags, which he also uses to outsmart his many enemies. He constantly pulls pranks on others, mainly his cartoonist, Sylvester, just to get a rise out of him. Performs typical circus acts in his spare time, mostly juggling, sometimes rides a unicycle, and makes balloon animals and other things made of balloons for comedic effect. He absolutely loves explosions, juggles bombs, launches cannons, has a closet full of fireworks and dynamite. He tries to cover up messes or catastrophes that his reckless actions cause, such as a messy house, or a natural disaster, forest fire, black hole, zombie apocalypse, you name it. He almost never follows directions, or studies the scripts or boards given by his cartoonist during cartoon productions, and likes to improvise scenes to entertain audiences.
As for the voice, I was thinking of a young kid-like voice like Numbuh 2 from Codename: Kids Next Door, or Yakko Warner from Animaniacs, or Bart Simpson from The Simpsons, etc. Will probably need a female actor to voice him, or a male voice actor who can do a high voice for him. To be completely honest, I haven’t really thought much about what his voice should sound like exactly, but I’m open to hearing what other voices people can do!

Toon #319. The second latest addition to her cartoonist’s large population of toons. A bubbly and cheerful tigress toon who’s always willing to learn more about the city she lives in. She sometimes partakes in the pranks of her co-toon and male counterpart Timmy, although she’s a tad more mindful about it. She absolutely loves belly dancing, spends almost all of her spare time practicing it, and has a vast knowledge of its history. She loves to perform her dances at seasonal city festivals. She also has vast knowledge about Egypt and its culture, and is fluent in hieroglyphs. She also sometimes tries to help Timmy cover up messes/catastrophes, but is usually the one to try to convince him to come clean, which rarely works. Like her male counterpart Timmy, she also tends to improvise scenes for her cartoonist’s films, but tries her best to at least follow some elements of the scripts and boards given to her.
As for the voice, I always thought of a high-pitched and cheerful voice for Tanya. Shantae: Half-Genie Hero’s voice always comes to mind because that was part of her inspiration, or the voice of Jenny Wakeman (XJ9) from My Life as a Teenage Robot.

[concerned] Uh-oh! Timmy, Sylvester’s gonna go berserk when he sees this! My ears are still ringing from the LAST earful that we got from him.
[serious] Don’t test me. Remember, I’m a tiger. I could literally bite your arm clean off.
The self-proclaimed leader of the Quackmeyer Bellhops. I always imagined him having a voice like Wayne Knight’s.

Student at Toon Lake Elementary and aspiring cartoonist, has a small toon of his own named Pip. I would need an adult female to voice him.

This cartoon takes place in Toon Lake City, a large city with a massive population consisting of hundreds of other cartoonists with toons of their own, so some extra voices could definitely be of help! They can range from casual voices to silly cartoony voices, any pitch, any gender, any race, any accent, they’re all welcome!
