Toon #320. The latest addition to his cartoonist’s large population of toons. A wisecracking tiger toon with snappy comebacks, loves to entertain others by telling jokes, puns, and performing cartoony visual gags, which he also uses to outsmart his many enemies. He constantly pulls pranks on others, mainly his cartoonist, Sylvester, just to get a rise out of him. Performs typical circus acts in his spare time, mostly juggling, sometimes rides a unicycle, and makes balloon animals and other things made of balloons for comedic effect. He absolutely loves explosions, juggles bombs, launches cannons, has a closet full of fireworks and dynamite. He tries to cover up messes or catastrophes that his reckless actions cause, such as a messy house, or a natural disaster, forest fire, black hole, zombie apocalypse, you name it. He almost never follows directions, or studies the scripts or boards given by his cartoonist during cartoon productions, and likes to improvise scenes to entertain audiences.

As for the voice, I was thinking of a young kid-like voice like Numbuh 2 from Codename: Kids Next Door, or Yakko Warner from Animaniacs, or Bart Simpson from The Simpsons, etc. Will probably need a female actor to voice him, or a male voice actor who can do a high voice for him. To be completely honest, I haven’t really thought much about what his voice should sound like exactly, but I’m open to hearing what other voices people can do!
