Asgore has a bass-baritone voice, both determined to free his people while at the same time guilty about what he's had to do to get to this point. Despite it all, he can be kind and have a goofy side as well.

The "goodbye" didn't quite sound as sorrowful as it could be for the situation, and the "Dum de dum" sounded kind of forced, like rather than being in the moment of Asgore cheerfully watering the flowers, you were more trying to come up with a tune for that part and putting your focus on that. Also you needed to include a song with your audition—this is a musical, after all. ;)
