Stella is a 21 year old magical girl from another planet. She is the first primary protagonist of Scarlet. Her power is manifestation, she can crate a singular abstract object in combat. She spends most of the series generally freaking out because of her responsibilities but starts off relaxed.

Stella's detransformed voice is mid range, slightly high pitch. She sounds like she's actually a cartoon character. She is young and a bit naive, but still smart in her own right.

Scarlet (transformed) has a deeper pitched voice. Her voice is sharper and more grounded.
