Paper Mario: The Rise of Voldemort
Shane Kenny for Bowser
Mario and Luigi's lifelong foe has partnered up with Voldemort to combine their forces into one unstoppable army. Despite their partnership, Bowser expresses agitation and annoyance to his co-partner in almost every regard. In stark contrast to Voldemort's grace and elegance. Bowser is loud and brash with a big temper and a huge ego. He takes great pride in his strength and powers as well as his authority over others, something he expresses annoyance over should Voldemort ever cross it.
Voice:
Bowser's voice is up to interpretation. But overall, it should be a deep and growly monster-like voice. He is a giant fire-breathing reptile after all. A loud and booming voice to contrast with Voldemort's more elegant voice.

(annoyed at Voldemort's rambling) Listen, I love a good story, but you gotta cut it with the monologues dude! I want your resume, not your biography
(Fed up with Voldemort stepping over his boundaries) Look, I’m fine with you ordering around the common Goombas and Shy Guys, BUT THE KOOPALINGS ARE MINE! YOU LEAVE THEM ALONE BALDY!
(Boastful) BWAH HA HA HA, NOW THAT’S MORE LIKE IT! BOWSER AND VOLDEMORT ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
