WhoTopia Episode 1 REDUX
Project Overview
A little while back, I announced that I officially canceled WhoTopia because of the "weight on my shoulders" that I couldn't handle any longer. Now I'm realizing that the real reason I did that was because I didn't have the right image, figuratively and literally. This time around, the story will be re imagined, re-written, and ANIMATED! (Well, not really. More like an animatic.) I figured that this would be the best way to use my natural talent of drawing and merge with my passion of telling stories and making feature films. I just know that something like this can make lots of people happy. Especially now that everyone thinks that this series is done for. It's kind of like a surprise attack. (Without the attack.)
The New Story:
After the time vortex suddenly vanishes, The Doctor accidentally crash lands in Zootopia. At the ZPD, numerous murder cases have been made from all 7 districts. Eventually The Doctor teams up with the ZPD to figure out who committed the murders.

The 11th Doctor is the most friendly, childlike, youthful, and energetic chirping, chattering timelord you'll ever meet.
Voice Reference:
Hello. I'm the Doctor. Basically...run.
Always remember this: I am definitely a madman with a box.
I could be a curator. I'd be great at curating. I'd the "The Great Curator".
Judy Hopps is the first bunny ever to join Zootopia's police department. Determined to prove herself, Judy jumps at the chance to crack a case, even if it means teaming up with a con artist fox.
Voice reference:
It's called a hustle sweetheart.
What was it you said? "Any moron can run a plate"? Gosh, if only there were a moron around who were up to the task.
The thing is, you don't need a warrant if you have probable cause, and I'm pretty sure I saw a shifty lowlife climbing the fence. So you're helping plenty! Come on!
Nick Wilde is a charming, small-time, con artist fox with a big mouth and a lot of opinions. But when a rabbit cop outsmarts him, he finds himself actually helping her solve a mystery.
Nick is generally charismatic, sociable, street-smart, wise-cracking and highly cunning.

All right, look, everyone comes to Zootopia thinking they can be anything they want. Well, you can’t. You can only be what you are. Sly fox, dumb bunny.
All right, you know, you're milking it. Besides, I think we got it. I think we got it! We got it up there, thank you, yakety-yak! You laid it all out beautifully!
Ha! You should have your own line of inspirational greeting cards, sir!
Cheif Bogo is a cape buffalo and the chief of the Zootopia Police Department. Stern and critical, Bogo was fiercely against the inclusion of Judy Hopps as the ZPD's first rabbit officer, due to a firm belief that smaller mammals were unfit for police work.
Voice Reference:
Life isn't some cartoon musical where you sing a little song and all your insipid dreams magically come true! So Let. It. Go.
Don't give yourself so much credit, Hopps. The world has always been broken; that's why we need good cops. Like you.
Finally, we have fourteen missing mammal cases. All predators from a giant polar bear to a teensy little otter. And City Hall is right up my tail to find them! This is priority number one.
He's the Timelord of the Zootopia universe. This doctor is eccentric, elegant, sensible, serious, slightly subdued, and has an unparalleled scientific and investigative mind, at least until he meets the 11th doctor. He is in the form of a wolf.
This character's voice will be the same as that of Paterson Joseph.
Voice Reference:
Hey, I'm just a doctor. I didn't make the needles sharp.
I just have one question for you. Are you a pathetic worthless punk?
What about that doesn't spell to you "serious interest"?
This Zootopian doctor is very different to its predecessor in more ways than one. This one is much more zany, excited, charismatic, adventurous, and child-like. He's also a red panda, a very extreme change from a wolf. His voice is much higher and has a much bigger range than his serious-minded precursor.
YES! I'm finally ginger! I've been waiting for this moment for hundreds of years!
Oh, this will be so much fun.
Well, this has been the most interesting occurrence I've seen in quite a while.
I may have a new vision for the story, but I may need help with what certain characters would do or say in certain scenarios, especially the Doctor and how he operates.
Say something you think would fit
I will be drawing most of the artwork featured in this series, but I'm not the best. I'm gonna need someone who can help me out when drawing certain characters in certain poses and making certain faces.
