Star Wars: deleted scene recreation: Vader contacts the Grand Vizier
Project Overview
In an early script of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes back, Darth Vader was originally going to talk to the Emperor's Royal Vizeer. While the Scenes were filmed, they have not been released to the public, nor do we know who played the Vizeer. Because I'm just so eager to see them, I thought to myself, why not take matters into my own hands?

Honestly, I have no clue if this guy ever had an official English Voice actor. While I do know that Matthias Haase voiced him in a German Radio Drama adaption of the novel "Labyrinth of Evil", I honestly do not know if an English version of that even exists. I'm not even sure if that's him on the picture. I'm really no expert on this guy. Feel free to put your own spin on Sate.
I must warn you, Lord Vader, The Emperor is in a foul mood.

Although I prefer Ian McDiarmid's take on this Character, It would make more sense to hire a Clive Revill soundalike for this, since it's meant to recreate something from the Original cut of this Movie. However, if you can do a great impression of Ian McDiarmid, Nick Jameson, or any other Actor who played the Emperor, do not be shy to show me.
Our situation is most precarious. We have a new enemy who couldbring about our destruction.
The son of Skywalker. You must destroy him... or he will be our undoing.
