Honestly, I have no clue if this guy ever had an official English Voice actor. While I do know that Matthias Haase voiced him in a German Radio Drama adaption of the novel "Labyrinth of Evil", I honestly do not know if an English version of that even exists. I'm not even sure if that's him on the picture. I'm really no expert on this guy. Feel free to put your own spin on Sate.

Well, Mr. chadderbox, I didn't expect an audition that soon. You are the first person to ever audition for me. I'm honored. That aside, I do like your takes on Pestage, though I believe that the first, more nasal one suits the character a little better.
i mightve rushed it a little gave him a bit of a cockney accent it doesnt sound that genuine to me, it sounds like an impersonation, i can work on that one if you want me to resubmit
