Hello, and welcome to "Voice Actors Read Reddit Posts!" My name is Rob, and I am a fellow Voice Actor. Back in the day, before I focused so much attention on Voice Acting, I dipped my toe in just a tad with Reddit Readings, as you can see with the attached video!
This is the kind of energy I would like to have with this video. Except it will be better, because YOU are in it! I have also significantly upgraded my equipment since then, and I am hoping to get more voice actors on board with equal levels of equipment or better. Realistically, I would like to have between 5 and 10 Voice Actors on this project, but that can change with how much this project garners attention.
What I need from the Voice Actors applying for this project is simple;
You must be over 18.
You must have a decent (or better) recording quality. I'd say roughly around the Blue Yeti level and above, but preferably better.
[Recommended] Have some understanding of Reddit and how it operates as a Social Media site. If not, but I still really like your audition, we can potentially work around it, as depending how I run this, it may not be necessary.
Please audition for the role "Voice Actors (Between 5 and 10 Total)" and not any of the other roles.
My YouTube Channel has more than one video of this style. In the Playlists tab on my channel, you can find "Reddit Videos" as well as another Playlist titled "Voice Acting Shorts" where it's the exact same thing, but individual post reads.
