UNDERTALE: YELLOW (Ruins)
Project Overview
This the first part of a fandub for the new fan-game UNDERTALE: YELLOW. I'm splitting this up into separate casting calls and parts because I myself haven't finished the game. But the rest will come out as I do!
If you don't know what UNDERTALE: YELLOW is, it's a fan-made prequel of the hit indie game UNDERTALE (and if you don't know what that is then I wish you the best!). It follows the YELLOW soul, the 5th human soul to reach the underground, the representation of JUSTICE. You play as Clover and explore the underground. You have a mission to serve justice. That's all I can really say about it so far.

First role I'll need is the Narrator. I will need a SOUTHERN COUNTRY ACCENT, it doesn't need to be necessarily deep, I think mid-range will do just fine. The reason I say this is because there are some goofy lines in this that don't hit the same if the voice is too serious y'know?
I would prefer a male actor for this but if you aren't one and wanna try it out anyway you are very welcome to! You might just get it :)

FROGGIT hops close!
Flowey is quite a cunning and manipulative person from the get-go in the original Undertale since you have something the he wants. However, this is not the case in YELLOW. He's not totally heartless (literally and figuratively) and is here to help you out (at least initially, I haven't finished the game just yet but so far he seems pretty alright).
Like Toriel, he's quite an iconic character who's had a lot of his own fandubs in the past, here's one I found that I think suits what I'm going for the most: https://youtu.be/rBW7sj5yyQA
Whether or not you'll need to do his more sinister voice is yet to be determined, but I added one of his villainous lines just to make sure you could do just in case we will need.
Howdy! I'm FLOWEY, FLOWEY the FLOWER! Hmm... You look confused... Toriel ought to have taught you how things work around here!
(worried/reluctant) There's... one more thing... The king of all monsters, ASGORE... He's been killing humans. The only way out is by killing him and... well... You're pretty small.
(in usual happy tone) But now, with you're help... (creepier) He's d e a d . (full on evil) And I'VE got the human souls! (evil laughter)
"Flier feels nothing"
One of the many enemies Clover will come across in the ruins.
Characteristics:
- Looks like the autism creature
- Very very casual, almost offputtingly so
- Head empty no thoughts
- "Uses hip slang like the kids"
- Kinda strange but not in the weird just the "wth even is this guy" way
I imagine his voice to be very monotone and boring, there is nothing remarkable about him at all.

Characteristics:
- Her life is art and that's all there is to it it seems
- Always drawing something
- Also kind of an unremarkable person, she just draws that's all
I imagine she sounds sort of like Velma from Scooby Doo, which one? Up to you. Just not... THAT one...

- Anything that's fun
- Bouncing up and down all the time

I imagine she sounds childish and upbeat and optimistic about literally everything

(after not getting a gift) It's the thought that counts!

Characteristics:
- Really likes good outfits
- Has a lot of opinions on clothes
- Respectful sometimes
I imagine he has a more grand voice, but not like actually grand more like someone who's trying to make themselves sound grand. Kind of like the lion from the wizard of oz.

One of the first bosses, Decibat. He lives in the caverns of the Ruins and loves the silence.
"Missing his quiet solitude"
Characteristics:
- HATES NOISE (including his own boss music)
- Speaks quietly and with a bit of a breathy voice
- He's so cute :3
- Often doubles Hs on words (hhear, hhush), likely to emphasize the breathiness in his voice
- Ends some sentences with "hush hushh"
- Replaces "here" with "hhear"
I don't have any particular voice in mind for him, just be able to be quiet but not borderline ASMR.
(telling you to be quiet, mid-low volume) Don't move. Don't make a sound. Hush hushh!
(low volume) Hushh puppy!
(close to a whisper, quietest) I declare you an honorary sentinel of silence. I trust you to keep peace and order hhear. This is a very high honor so keep it hush hushh.
Honestly man, just do your best male DBZ character impressions, preferably either Vegeta, Piccolo, or Cell.
Alternatively, just sound like a huge anime nerd

He's
Kind of a vampire? I don't really know
Characteristics:
- He's kind spirited and good hearted
- He wants to be a teacher and educational artist.
- He's a pretty chill guy once he realizes that you're not his enemy. And even before that he's not the best at being threatening.

(trying to sound threatening) The exist is blocked and you can't stay here. I will not allow it.
(a little worried) The other monsters... did you pester them as well? (dismissive) Not that I care much to keep up with their activity...
(friends now, confused) What do friends do actually? Do you want to, um, see my house? Or something?
