Cartoon Network Cinematic Universe

TOM is everybody's favorite robot character who loves anime. He's 18 years old and he's the only member on the GPSS Mk. I Absolution, excluding its AI, Sara. He loves anime and video games and manga and comic books, basically all things good. Despite his socially-inept, awkward, and dorky personality, he always saves the day when his ship is in danger. He has a short attention span. And sarcastic humor. He's just hot-headed. 

Imitate Steven Blum's voice circa TOM 2 era. Of course, the echo/reverb effect must be applied. If you know how to do the UK TOM voice (look that up and prepare to die laughing) you can do that for when the series receives a UK dub as I honestly like the UK voices non-ironically. Right now, just stick to Steven Blum. 

Sara is the main AI of the ship. She serves as the navigator, pilot, and captain on the ship, regulating TOM to a custodian. She can transfer to a full physical body. She acts as a surrogate mother to TOM, and she's the only parental/mentor figure he's ever known. She usually gets TOM out of trouble.

Imitate Sally Timms' Sara voice. The echo and reverb are only a little for this one. If you know how to do Sara's UK voice, do that for the UK dub (yeah, we're doing one cause... I said so.)

Swayzak is a malicious virus who holds a grudge against TOM and Sara. In his debut appearance in this series, he infects TOM to make him his right-hand-man. He apparently infects thousands of systems for fun and is actually tough to get rid of, despite acting so cliché and over-the-top.

Give him a deep, ominous, commanding voice with a cultured New Zealander accent. Because the Trapped in Hyperspace game is lost media, I can't show you what his in-game voice (which I'm basing his voice here on) was like.

In the UK dub, he has an American accent.

RUBY is a Beta Droid built for construction and maintenance. She forms a friendship with TOM and sees him for who he truly is.

Do a female voice and give it a robotic filter. Easy as pie.

Space Ghost (Tad Ghostal) is a superhero turned late night talk show host who lives on the Ghost Planet. He helps out TOM and Sara a few times.

If you've seen Space Ghost Coast to Coast, then you know how Space Ghost should sound.

Zorak is one of Space Ghost's staff on his talk show, a musician, to be exact. Despite working for Space Ghost, Zorak hates him. A lot.

Try not to break your voice. Zorak's voice is a real throat-thrasher.

Moltar is the director of Space Ghost's talk show and the former host of Toonami before he gave the role to his adoptive son, TOM. He's a real fan of CHiPs.

I think it'd be best if a black voice actor does Moltar's voice, even though C. Martin Croker was white.

Linda is Moltar's wife. She raised TOM when he was still a big dumb bean robot (TOM 1.) Just like her husband, she wears a containment suit.

Linda never appeared on SGC2C, so she doesn't have a voice to go off of. Maybe something like Moltar's voice but feminine (read: a black voice actress?)

Harvey Birdman is a rival superhero and was supposed to be the host of what eventually became Space Ghost's talk show. However, due to his ineptness at hosting a talk show, Birdman was fired. After returning to the show when Space Ghost was imprisoned for mistreating his staff, Birdman and Space Ghost became friends.

Tansit is an overweight, cowardly alien in a suit that absolutely fails at hiding his gut. He was once an esteemed hijacker, but an encounter with the death mist made him lose his courage. Now, he's part of the Council of Doom (aka the home of retired supervillains.)

Chad Ghostal is Space Ghost's evil twin brother, made evil by a hot dog and known for his swingin' personality. He can be differentiated from Space Ghost by his beard.

His real name being Tom Stuart, the Narrator is a proud citizen of Townsville and an ally of the Powerpuff Girls. He usually takes up the duty of narrating not only the Powerpuff Girls' adventures, but the rest of the stories in the CNCU as well.

Basically, an impersonation of Tom Kenny's Narrator voice.

Dexter is an 8 year old boy genius with lots of technology. Working in a secret laboratory in his house, he is constantly hassled by his older sister Dee Dee.

Imitate Christine Canavaugh (may she RIP)'s voice.

Dee Dee is Dexter's 11 year old sister who loves to ballet dance and annoys her little brother. However, she doesn't mean to, and she's secretly as smart as Dexter is.

Allison Moore is my favorite Dee Dee, though you could go with Kat Cressida if you want to.

A sentient computer virus created by Bill McLemore, the Phantom Virus becomes Swayzak's eager young sidekick because he needs a friend. After hearing Swayzak's backstory, he starts supporting virus rights.

Imitate Gary Sturgis' voice. Helps if you're black.

You know how to animate? In Hanna-Barbera style? (Like, Space Ghost and Birdman) Right this way.

Come up with spreadsheets for the characters. (Model sheets, size charts, etc.)

WRITE for the series. Every episode has a different writer. Maybe a few writers from my other concurrent project, Cyborg: The Animated Series, can write for this show.

Be awesome and compose some breakbeat. Or D&B. Or house. Whatever suits your fancy.
