The Visitor (Short film animation)
Project Overview
A short film for the North West Flying Saucer Film Fest. A visitor from another world crash lands onto an alpine village. Paul, the main character, has his life turned around by the arrival of this creature; "Roolets". Roolets stands at 50 feet tall, he ends up helping Paul in order to get fuel for his ships Fusion Core. The Mayor however wants to have Paul on the noose to claim the farmland for a profit.

A greedy older man with an irish accent who is selfish and conniving. He delights in coin and detests poverty even though his town is full of the lower class (he took all their money)

Ya can pay wid Gold er Harvest by weeks end... or ah will throw ya on the noose and take yer farm n' all thats in it!
Paul is a poor farmer whos pines away for the Bar Maid at the town pub, his fields never yield much and his cows are really only good for their milk and thats also quite lacking.

A large fluffy charismatic but also cocky alien whos ship crashlands into Pauls world. he has a hybrid Irish/Austrailian accent and is a mixture of gruff and youthful in tone hes a big guy (though in the reference hes 500 feet tall in the script he will be 50 feet tall) hes playful and curious but also can be easily flustered ... he is gentle at most times and tries to be as careful as he can be but also is usually hungry for "Nuggies"

she is Pauls Love interest in the film and has a bit of a Celtic/Scottish accent and is Emotionally driven but also reasonably confident... she is approximately 27 years old and able to handle a full pub on her own
