Project Overview

  1. The Vacation Plot

The Vacation is a minecraft roleplay based around 15 kids who are all talented in something, someone decides to gift the kids a vacation to a mansion far away from any civilisation, of course faced with a free holiday they all accepted. However once they're there, strange things start happening, people go missing and turn up dead. The doors and windows are barricaded, phones have either been broken or there is no signal. They're trapped with a murderer, without any outside support they must figure out who is behind it and if it's one of them, or someone else completely.

Rules

1, Please be above the age of 13, there is talk of death. Exceptions may be made to 11, but only on special occasions

2. Make sure to put your name and age as well as discord somewhere in your audition.

3. Be okay with swearing, not many characters swear and it's not often, but words may come up

4.  Be nice to people and don't be offensive

5. Try and keep your audition as background noise free, though I am always willing to accept anyone

6. You can audition for as many people as you want, just know it might not increase your chances


Please Note that if I think your voice suits a different character I may ask you to audition for them or just cast you for the other role straight away.

  • Good news/Bad news

    As you can all tell the date has been pushed back now once again, I am waiting on three auditions from three separate people, who I am giving the benefit of the doubt, as they have all seemed to have given the excuse of exam season. The good news is we are already aware of who we want for each role, we are now just waiting for these auditions and confirmation from one of our admins. The casting will be posted on the 13th or 14th at about 7-8pm CEST. Thank you all for the patience. Hold on a little longer please. Thank you.

  • Update

    So the deadline has been pushed back, mainly due to the fact we are just double checking scripts and making sure the whole build is ready to go straight into recording! I want to thank everyone who has auditioned, myself and the other team members have looked through them and noted who we think will be the best for the roles. Please hang on with us for a little bit longer, results will be coming out soon.

Description/Personality:

Wren is 17 and is one of the more main characters. She sticks all the way to the end and would probably even be in the second season. Wren is more of the confident type of person, she speaks her mind and doesn't care what others think, though she could be sensitive and sweet when needed. Wren is also extremely talented in science and she has a photographic memory. 

Appearance: 

Wren has orange hair and royal blue eyes. She wears a white t-shirt and a type of pinafore dress.

Voice Type:

I don't really mind what Wren's voice is like. Probably more in the medium tone, but anything is fine.

  • Wren, Jax and Elijah have spotted a pool

    "Someone is going to accidentally drown in this at some point"

  • Wren is expressing how weird it is for her to be getting on with Elijah and Jax so well

    “That we are literally complete strangers yet we’re getting on so well like we’ve been friends for ages.”

  • Wren just asked a question and not a lot of people answered with yes

    “I expected more than that, what did you all enter for?"

Zara Daniels

Description/Personality:

Zara is 17 and is a main character, she may not seem like it at the start but she is. The person who gets this role will learn about her more when casted. Zara can seem helpful and caring but sometimes she can be quite harsh and slightly emotionless. She's gifted in photography and takes great pride in what she does. Zara will be in season 2.

Appearance: 

Zara has a deep orange hair colour. She wears black top and jacket, as well as ripped jeans.

Voice Type:

Zara's voice should be further in the deep/medium section. You should be able to show emotions but at the same time be able to sound emotionless. 

  • Everyone's been talking about the rooms, but Zara questions how they would figure out who goes where

    “Wait quick question. How do we know who gets what room and who shares with who.”

  • She's just been told she'll be sharing a room with Jade.

    “We’re going to have so much fun Jade!”

  • Someones said something which offends Zara, she goes emotionless

    "Why don't you worry about yourselves. I'd hate for something to happen"

Description:

Elijah is 17,  he's another main character and carries on till season 2. He is more mature than the others and is the second oldest in the group. He teams up with Wren and Jax when everyone else breaks off into groups, Elijah takes the leader role, some people don't like that about him but most are grateful that someone takes charge.

Appearance: 

Elijah wears a white top, a red hoodie and jeans. He has brown hair and has light blue eyes.

Voice Type:

Elijah's voice doesn't really need to be anything specific. I can't really imagine him having a deep voice but not an overly high one.

Warning: This character may turn out Gay or Bisexual. If you are not comfortable playing a character like this please do not audition!



  • Elijah opened the door to Wren, who is worrying she is late.

    “You’re not late don’t worry! I’m Elijah nice to meet you!"

  • Everyone's playing a game and finding out they have stuff in common.

    “See this is good! We’re finding out we have stuff in common!”

  • They want to explore the house and the grounds around it, but they're waiting for everyone to come back down, only a couple of people have come down and as Elijah is saying this two other people have just come down.

    “Finally more people! I didn’t think it’d really take everyone this long.”

Description:

Hunter is one of the youngest at the age of 15. He is a main character that stays for season two. Hayden is the one of the youngest and it sure shows in his personality, he's quite bubbly, sensitive and caring. He connects well with everyone but sticks to himself, he's innocent and quiet. 

Appearance:

Hayden wears a white jumper and black jeans. Hayden has brown/black hair and really deep blue eyes which can look almost blue. 

Voice Type:

Hayden is younger than the others and his voice type should show that.  I'm honestly not picky with his voice as long as it's not too deep.

Warning: Hayden comes from an abusive family, which he then got moved into a horrible foster family, as long as you're fine with talking about some peoples struggles in life, then you should be fine. If you're not okay with being slightly emotional due to a abusive situation please do not audition.


  • Hayden, Jax and Elijah made breakfast for everyone but they're still not down yet, Wren tells them to wait a bit longer.

    “That sucks, what are we supposed to till then? The eggs will go cold..”

  • Wren's just woken Zara up and Zara's threatened to kill her.

    “Don’t worry Wren, I won't let them kill you”

  • Wren and Hayden are by themselves in the living room. Hayden is upset and Wren is letting him vent.

    "I-I've tried so hard to be good enough for them, b-but no matter how hard I try, It's n-never enough"

Description:

Nora is 16, she appears quite a few times through the story, but is the first to disappear, she doesn't get murdered though and is found, she comes back in season two as a main character. Just because Nora is 'missing' doesn't mean she doesn't have lines in the episode, she gets spotted around the house quite a few times, so she still has active lines. Nora isn't around for long as a 'proper' character, but she is kind, caring and will do anything to keep others safe. She's also extremely strong and stubborn.

Appearance:

Nora wears a pink tinted top, and light blue ripped jeans, she has red/purple hair, one side of her hair is purple, the other half is red, she has a flower band in her hair. She has deep brown almost black eyes.

Voice Type:

Nora is based off of a real life friend of mine, and it's hard to describes someones voice who you know. She doesn't have a high voice but it's not deep either.


  • They've just been told who is rooming with who, Nora is giving an idea of what they could do.

    “How about we all go get settled in our rooms then come back down to explore?”

  • Wren and Nora have just come down together. Elijah has said how he wants more people to come down.

    “Trust me, with how many bags Ashlyn had, we’ll be here awhile.”

  • Facing the fact about going to explore the house and possibly going around by herself, Nora doesn't really want to go by herself.

    “Can we stick together for now, I don’t want to get lost.”

Description:

Adira is 17 and doesn't show up till the last couple episodes of season one, however she plays a main part in season two. Adira gets found by the group in the house. She had previously been kidnapped and kept there, but thanks to Wren, Jax, Elijah and Zara she is freed. Adira is blind in one eye due to an accident that happened when she was first got taken.

Appearance:

Adira wears a long white top.  She has brown hair and one blue and one white eye. 

Voice Type:

Adira has a medium toned voice, not deep but not too high either.

  • They've just questioned Adira on how long she's been here for 

    "I'm not too sure. Time kinda disappeared for me, I found that counting days made it go slower. It's still 2018 right?" 

  • They've asked if Adira came here alone or if she went through the same thing they're going through

    "My dad is the owner of this land, but he rents it out to people. I was here with my family, that's all I remember" 

  • Adira has just been found by the others.

    "W-who are you? What are you doing here?"

Description:

Jax is 18 and he is another one of the main characters and sticks till season 2, he is the oldest in the group. Jax is pretty cold and sticks to himself, he only ends up making friends with two out of the other 14 people there. He likes to make it seem like he likes people even though he doesn't. He has a good grip on his emotions and is smart when it comes to pressured situations. 

Appearance:

Jax has brown hair and black eyes. He wears a white top and a  black hoodie, he has brown jeans. 

Voice Type:

Jax has a mature voice so it should be slightly on the deeper side. 

  • Jax is trying to figure out what Wesley's deal is. 

    "I honestly do not understand you? Did you beat people up as a kid?" 

  • Wren's just woken up Zara and they're contemplating on what will happen.

    "Zara will more than likely kill Wren." 

  • Jax has just found Adira.

    "Guys! Quickly over here, I've got something"

Description:

Hunter is 16, and is a main character who sticks all the way to season 2. Hunter is pretty quiet, though knows how to stick up for himself, he bases things off of facts instead of guessing and seems to keep his group pretty calm whenever they are pointing fingers at people.

Hunter has brown hair and deep brown eyes. He wears a gray top, and a red jacket over the top of that, he blue/gray jeans.

Voice: 

Hunter's voice is in the medium section, it shouldn't be too deep but it also can't be high.

  • Hunter is trying to clear Zara as everyone seems to think it might be her.

    "Guys! I was with Zara, it can't have been her"

  • Sawyer has just said something that Hunter doesn't agree with.

    "I don't think that's how it works...."

  • Jax, Zara, Elijah and Wren have just come back with Adira and Nora

    "Nora! I'm glad your safe, but who is this?"

Description:

Ashlyn is 17 and isn't a very big role, she stays around for about four/five episodes before disappearing and then only showing up a couple times after that. She is the first to get murdered, however the other characters do every so often have sort of 'flashbacks' with her speaking to them in it.  Ashlyn isn't the nicest of people and kind of shifts the blame to the people she hates the most instead of the people it could be.

Appearance: 

Ashlyn has pink hair, she wears a flower head band in her hair. She has a white top with a cute rabbit on the front and blue shorts.

Voice:

Ashlyn is in more of the high voice category. Her voice should be slightly higher than Nora and Wrens. 

  • Ashlyn has found out Nora disappeared and has shifted the blame onto Zara

    "Well she's weird! She's the most likely to do something weird like this, and plus, they knew each other"

  • Ashlyn is expressing her distaste for the others.

    "They're all just insignificant, I couldn't care less about them."

  • Ashlyn is dead and has appeared in a memory of Hayden's. 

    "Oh come on Hayden?! How pathetic can you get?"

Description:

Iris is 15 and the youngest out of the group. She stays pretty long in season one, makes small appearances throughout season two with Hayden. Iris, being the youngest her personality reflects that, she's cute and pretty innocent, however she is a basically a child genius and knows a low about science

Appearance: 

Iris has brown hair with darker dyed tips. She wears a cute little jumper/dress, that is black and burgundy, she has a flower crown, her eyes are also burgundy. 

Voice: 

Iris is the youngest and her voice should be slightly higher and more innocent than everyone else. 

  • Iris has eaten some sweets and is slightly hyper.

    "Oh! My favourite animal is sloth, because they literally do what I can only dream of doing everyday, sleeping and eating"

  • Quinn just said something dumb and Iris is correcting her.

    "Of course that's not right, how dumb can you get?"

  • Iris is trying to figure everything out.

    "Well, I was sleeping by the vents, maybe that helped?"

Paxton is 16 and he is a supporting character. Paxton is very under the radar, he kinda gets lost in the background but whenever he speaks he's really funny, but he also can be pretty logic headed.

Appearance: 

Paxton has black hair and gray eyes. Paxton wears a gray hoodie. 

Voice: 

Paxton has a medium voice. 

  • Paxton and Hunter have come out a room, they came down later than everyone else. Hunter said 

    "Sorry about being late, Paxton decided to pull a bookshelf down!"

    Paxton replies with

    "I said I was sorry, what do you want me to do, find a time machine?" 

  • Paxton is trying to figure out what Jax just said 

    "Wait....so you..and then you went there....but then....wait what?"

Description:

Quinn is 17, she tries to be as helpful as she can however she finds herself shifting the blame from person to person a lot, it's not because she's trying to be mean or anything, more to the fact that she's slightly worried about everything.

Quinns voice isn't deep, it's pretty high but shouldn't be the highest of the group, so just above medium.

Wesley is your average low IQ football jock, he's not that dumb, but he isn't that smart either, he kinda states the obvious, and is pretty rude to people if he doesn't like them.

Wesley doesn't have any specific tone as long as it's not too deep. 





  • Wesley and Zander are in a room together. 

    "I get you mate, I understand where you're coming from, even if the others might not"

  • People are trying to figure out what's going on and Wesley states the obvious.

    "Well there is a kidnapper in here, Nora's missing. How dumb can you people get?"

  • Wesley is being rude to Paxton since Paxton said something he doesn't agree with.

    "How pathetic are you?!"

Zander is 17 and like every other guy, he doesn't stand out much but tries to fight for dominance. Zander likes to see himself as a leader and gets pretty annoyed if other people are listening to Elijah more.

Zander has dark brown hair and green eyes. He wears a black jumper with a blue scarf, he also wears black jeans.

Voice: 

Zander is in the more medium category, not high at all, but not deep. 





  • Zander and Paxton have just found something weird. 

    "Guys over here! I think we might have something"

  • Zander is annoyed at Quinn for shifting the blame onto Hayden

    "Why don't you just leave him alone Quinn, why are you being so quick to shift the blame?!"
