The Underground - Fortnite Short Films for FortShorts
Project Overview
Hello,
We create short films set in the Fortnite game universe. Our content is family-friendly and presented in episodes. We aim to make the game's complex story fun and easy to follow.
Key Considerations you must know before auditioning:
- You'll need a good microphone and quiet recording space.
- Meeting deadlines is important. We usually give 3-5 days to do your lines.
- While you're not bound by a contract, we hope you'll commit to finishing your role once you start.
- Scripts are around 10 pages, but characters usually have 2-3 minutes of screen time.
- We'll credit you in the video description with your preferred name and social media links.
- The videos match Fortnite's seasons, which last about 80 days. We release around 5-10 videos per season.
- If you enjoy working with us and the final product, we'd love it if you consider auditioning for more roles in the future. This helps us a lot!
- Having a Discord account is helpful but not mandatory. We use it for easy communication, but we can also use other methods.

Lead Role
The idealistic founder of The Underground, Hope is on a mission to help Jones Save his friend, as long he's willing to support her fight against The Society... her own sister, Valera. The Society has been ruling the island treating the less fortunate like animals. She a weapons' expert with attitude and deamination.

Lead (Antagonist) Role
Valeria is the older sister of Hope who is on the opposing faction. She is obsessed with ancient knowledge. Despite their rivalry she still cares for Hope deep down. Valeria is currently trying to obtain knowledge about the Zero Point, the orb of creation. With her burring heart and fiery personality she gained the ability control fire.

Supporting (Antagonist) Role
The public face the Society. Known for being a master thief. With all his wealth, power and amulet on his chest he gained the ability to completely transform his molecular structure into Diamonds. Quite convent to gain a flowing if you ask me? But don't be fooled, he may have the pretty face be he isn't in in command of it.

Supporting (Antagonist) Role
Nisha is a skilled swordfighter, hailing from a wealthy and accomplished family with a long history of excellence. Known for their discipline and proficiency in various endeavors, her family has earned a reputation for being obedient and excelling in all pursuits. Nisha carries the responsibility of showcasing to everyone why her family is among the greatest and why their contributions to society are highly esteemed.

Supporting (antagonist) Role
Enforcer for The Society. This big cat is a cocky cockney! But we want him to have a bit of an Idris Elba-type voice, low and growling. Menacing, with a penchant for chasing down citizens who have wronged The Society and publicly executing them with his Grapple Blade. Led the assault on the Underground that kidnapped Peely. He has a job but to do but he's morals are elsewhere.
